My whole experience with Caliber was fantastic. The team members I spoke to were all so kind and helpful, especially Maureen. I didn’t have a ride to the shop so she offered to have my car delivered to my home. Once I got it back, on time may I add, it was so clean and looked like nothing ever happened to it. I’m very grateful for the team at Caliber.

Thank you to caliber collision i was able to get back on the road in a few weeks after a bad accident. Fernando and his team were amazing, they completed my car before the estimated date and left it looking good as new. I chose this shop through word of mouth and i would 100% choose them again. The team at Caliber Collision in Altamonte Springs did a wonderful job with the repairs to my Highlander. They communicated with me each step of the process. Haley, Maureen, and Steve were all so wonderful. Our family is going through a particularly difficult season, and their kindness and compassion were unmatched. I highly recommend them.

I went to Caliber Collision. Hayley was very friendly and professional in helping me solve my problem. She introduced me to Oliver who took care of replacing the weatherstripping on my front windshield. He was friendly, professional, and skilled in resolving my issue. I met a number of employees while I was waiting and was very impressed with the company and the camaraderie among the employees.
