I have had two rear end accidents in the past 3 years and each time Calibur Collision has been the repair shop. They are polite, informative, quick, and back up all of their work. I highly recommend them for any repairs you may need. My car has come back looking amazing and in good shape each time.

Ezekiel and the rest of the staff were wonderful helping me with my car. After a fender bender, they checked my car, secured my broken park of the car around my wheel and made sure the rest of the car was safe for me to drive back to Maryland where the car was repaired. Great to work with and answered all of my questions.

A body shop that really is 5 stars. Just very impressive all around. The employees ALL are on the ball. The rep Heather was as professional and friendly as you would want and a fantastic asset to company. Unfortunately I’ve been in a few body shops this was by far the best experience.

I wanted to write this review to thank Deanna for the amazing customer service! Handled a sticky situation of mine with urgency and made sure I wasn’t going to be left hanging. Also, everyone else who participated in making sure I was going to get taken care of! Really means a lot. The caliber collision in Altamonte springs is guaranteed to make sure you’re a satisfied customer.

We often ask what ever happened to great customer service? Staff at Caliber Collision has never lost sight of that and has made my experience with them excellent. Deanna the Office Manager didn't hesitate on correcting any issues and made it her goal to get the best solution possible. Ezekiel the Service Advisor was very personal and down to earth and made my issues important. Haleigh the Customer Service Rep was very friendly and nice and always had a warm welcome. I would recommend Caliber Collision anytime for repairs. Thank you so much for the experience!!!

My front bumper got ran into & I couldn't have been more happy to have chosen this Caliber Collision. My main concern was the paint match between the bumper & hood/fenders but it came out perfect. Thanks to the manager Deanna & Leo for being so communicative, definitely recommend .

Wife had gotten into a collision good while back they took their time and dotted their "I" and crossed their "T" on the repair the color match was on point,the finish was smooth, and what we were left with was a work of craftsmanship. On June 22nd, I was in a little accident in my 2021 Honda Civic Sport. I called my insurance company started a claim and literally the next day the insurance called me and asked me they have three different shops to fix my car to new and I definitely picked the best one in the whole central area! They were very helpful and very respectful and super knowledgeable about everything with any car. I can’t believe I actually made good friends with Leo and Haley (I’m probably spelling it or saying it completely wrong) I’m sorry girl but this staff is truly amazing and so awesome to deal with any time! I can say this with all respect they are the only ones that will ever touch any of my vehicles in the future if and god forbid i would ever get into any accident again. Please give these awesome people a freaking raise and a good few days off because they deserve it! But would you just look at this baddie again!
