“I am often skeptical of auto body shops and wonder just how honest they really are. I took my car in for a quote on damage to my car caused by another person. They told me it could be thousands if they replaced all scratched panels in order for the paint to match. Then the person asked me to wait a minute and disappeared. When she came back she had a rag with rubbing compound on it and said I could buy a can for a few dollars and rub out most of the scratches. She proceeded to demonstrate how to do that. I did that and saved the person that caused the damage thousands of dollars. But the bigger story is I found an honest auto body repair shop! I have used them multiple times and have always left a satisfied customer!

I am neighbors with an elderly man whose car was damaged through no fault of his own. I helped him work through the claims process. His next obstacle was finding a trustworthy repair shop that does excellent work. Gerber Collision was my recommendation because they definitely had proven themselves to me! They were courteous, respectful and made the process as painless and easy for a 97 year old anxious man.
