My husband and I had to come together to open a checking because for some reason you can't do this online. it is hard for us to be able to have a time during the day to meet with our schedules and kids. They did not want to help us because they closed in 20 mins. They should provide their services until the time they close.

Awful customer service. I was trying to notarize a paper because chase provide this service if you have an account with the chase. This is my second time in this branch, and they always find excuses do not do it or the wait time is too long. First time they told me that they cannot notarize this paper, and the other branch in Apopka notarized the paper without any problems. The second time I came, they told me that the wait time is 20 minutes when there was only one more customer waiting for something else. Just don’t waist your time to go to this branch, instead go to any other. I won’t come here any more.

The person who was there on Saturday the 18th february was terrible, his attention never wanted to open my account just because I asked him to help me in Spanish, he said no. He was told that he understood a little in English that he used as a translator and he repeatedly refused. Terrible service is not clear that his vocation is customer service, he is a person who speaks Spanish and is racist at the same time.

I have had exceptional experiences with both Joel and Matt at this branch. Today, Matt Asfour spent an hour helping my husband and I get our accounts in order and remove a former owner. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my time and comfort (I'm 9 months pregnant). I appreciated both his professionalism and his sense of humor. He went above and beyond to help us and we are deeply grateful for his assistance, since we had trouble doing the work on the app and couldn't reach someone via phone. I will definitely continue to recommend this bank. When convenience meets collegiality, it's a win-win for everyone!

Avoid this place, and Jacob Hassan, at all costs. They can’t find the time to honor their appointments with longstanding clients to open new accounts but can find the time to close them; so I suggest everyone just close your accounts and take your balance in cash.

Business bankers refused to acknowledge me in their lobby. As they came up and acknowledged a regular that came in 15 minutes after me with no appointment. I was forced to go to another branch in Altamonte Springs. Wasted time and money.

We have been using this location for at least 25 years -probably longer. It used to be great but now their employee turnover rate is so high that it's impossible to develop a professional relationship with anyone and not surprisingly their customer service has gone downhill in recent years. Today I needed to have a form notarized and tried calling the branch four separate times only to receive a "we're busy" recording and hung up on. I drove to the bank and was told there would be over an hour wait for a notary by the woman checking people in. When I mentioned that it would've been nice if I'd been able to get someone on the phone to avoid an unnecessary trip up there the woman ROLLED HER EYES and said "sorry about that" letting me know that she couldn't possibly care less. It's just really apparent that being decent to customers is no longer a priority here. If this was an isolated incident I'd dismiss it as a bad day but this attitude is par for the course at this location.

Horrible customer service. The branch manager is just awful and lack of knowledge. I’m a banker myself for 7 years and the issue I’d encounter here are huge. The only reason I went to this location is because I’m new to the area but I will definitely bank somewhere else.

Maybe don’t say “are you sure you have this amount in your account, before I walk all the way over there?” whenever a customer is trying to make a withdrawal. When I had more than enough. I have never overdrawn my account, bounced a check or anything like that.

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the customer service in this bank. I haven't stepped foot in a bank in more than 10 years. I was greeted when I walked in by Juanita and while she stated that the woman behind the counter would help me. She saw that she was working the drive thru window so she decided to help me her self. In and out with no lingering. I only needed a cashiers check. Very friendly and the staff seem to have a bond of their own. Thanks again everyone!
