Yesterday was my second trip to this Cinnibon location that did not want to sell me cinnamon buns. The first time they told me they didn't have the 4 pack I requested. I only saw 2 in the display case, and bought 2 singles instead. Yesterday, I tried to order a 4 pack again. I saw 6 cinnamon buns in the display case this time, but again was told they didn't have 4. I could buy 1 or 9, but not 4! I just walked off. What kind of business calls themselves Cinnibon, but won't sell cinnamon buns...

Stood in line only to get up closer to the checkout to see a sign that says they don't accept the Cinnabon App....at Cinnabon...promptly got out of line.. Most of the time they don't accept cash either. The Auntie Annes that's connected to it has terrible pretzels now too. Past few times I've gone they are so skinny and hard and they got rid of the sweet mustard that they've had for years and got generic honey mustard that's not nearly as good.

Horrible Rude customer service until I asked for a a manager then he was nice. They advertise a 4 pak to go box for $22 when I asked for it he told me no he can’t because there where none in a box. I said well can input 4 in a box he said he can’t. I said why u have fresh ones sitting the back he said we need those to sell . I said so if buy 5 separate ones and put them in separate boxes and sell me them but u can’t put 4 in a box as advertised he said yes.. what kind of bait and switch is that . I said I want ur manager . Manager came out said not problem and put 4in one box and sold me them. I won’t be going there again the causer service is always horrible horrible

Worst customer service ever.Had a Cinnabon reward and told I'd have to order it online to redeem it, asked if I could just do that real quick. Told I was too late for that.I was just trying to turn my bad day into an okay day, instead this...(2 months later) Much better customer service. I'm very satisfied.

Baked goods were delicious, chocolate flavored coffee was amazing, manger and employees was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we're taking care of, definitely be back again because of the service we received, thank you so much for everyone working there, you made my day, god bless you ❤️.

It was my first time getting a Cinnabon after many years and I was excited to waste some of my calories here! Luckily, with this location which is in Altamonte mall, you can order pretzels as well since it's a shared space between Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. However, it really does make the line long as we waited about 5-7 minutes. The lady was nice and I got the classic large Cinnabon. It was pretty delicious. The only con is that it could have been frosted a bit more. In terms of taste, I appreciated that it was warm, gooey, and certainly tasted fresh. If your in the mood for a cinnamon treat, check this place out for their famous buns!

Visiting the altamonte mall I decided to pick up a sweet treat. I was doing some shopping and placed an online order for pickup. Upon reaching the pick up order area my items were not there and my order was placed 20 minutes prior. There was a young lady wearing a pink shirt and she was eating behind the counter talking to her friend. I was never acknowledged while waiting and seen that the line was extremely long. The young lady proceeded to continue her conversation and did not pay me attention. It wasn't until some time a gentlemen from the back greeted me and began looking for my order. He was very helpful. After some time passed him and the young lady at the front got into a confrontation because she was eating on the job and she became very disrespectful towards him. My inner manager wanted to jump in and say something but I realized it wasn't my place. My Cinnabon was okay , wasn't very warm and barely had icing on it. Management here needs to hold their associates accountable (make better hiring decisions )and praise the wonderful job their new team lead is doing. I will not return to this location due the service of other staff members and professionalism. I wouldn't have this establishment 1 star but I felt bad for the team lead and he did try to do the best he can. Pros- sweet treats, pricing Cons- Customer service , wait times , ambiance , quality of food

Horrible! Service! They seriously need to fire the manager. I see I'm not the only one with complaints of refusing to sell fresh product. Contacting corporate bc she is ridiculous and it was under staffed.

This place is located inside the Sanford Airport. At the airport, your options are limited. They only had the large cinnamon rolls or basic coffee. The girl working was very friendly and helpful!

Had a long black hair in the middle of my bun…….. took it back they could care less. They asked if I wanted another one and I promptly said NO!!!! Give me my money…. Customer service was horrible, won’t be biting again!!!!!!

We stood in line for 10 minutes only for them to tell us that what we wanted to order would be another 5 minutes and that we couldn't purchase it now. We were told to exit the line and get back in it. Is this the way the always conduct business? It's ridiculous. They have kids running the front with no management guidance.
