Can’t stand the self checkout, it takes MUCH MUCH longer to get through the line and the machine is constantly messing up. I’ve switched and just go to 7-11 now. Maybe once they get rid of this machine I’ll be back. Walmart just announced they are removing self checkout so it must not be that great. ABSOLUTELY HATE IT

Workers are very friendly but the AC is broken for three days now coming on and it feels unbearable in there. I’m not sure how the workers put up with it but it’s terrible. Can barely stand inside for 5 minutes without melting in this weather.

Most pumps do not accept your card most days!! Long lines due to robots instead of people as cashiers...only use out of access to location!! Would not recommend!!

Every time I come here the paper is out for the receipts at the pump. I then have to wait in line to just get my damn car wash code. Happens every time. Not any longer. Done with this place.

My wife and I went to this circle k tonight at exactly 12:30 and the cashier that runs the store almost ran us over in the parking lot getting out of there. She left a note on the door saying that the store would reopen at 5:00 a.m.

Worst customer service from a cashier clerk name Kathy she has an attitude and she doesn’t know how to talk to people.

I was in line and watched the cashier make fun of and have a very poor and snarky attitude with the gentleman in front of me trying to purchase gas.
She was rude for no reason the entire transaction.
He was using the cash machine.
He couldn’t quite understand it and it wasn’t working properly either.
I asked the woman her name it was Catherine. She was very rude to him. It was my turn. I was also having trouble with the machine, and I simply said that “I don’t think, that customers are better off with this machine” It was awkward and she made it within with snide quips!
. She developed a very snarky attitude and I took my things and said thank you and as I’m walking out, she and the next customer behind me acted like what I said was funny and they were laughing at me. I turned on my heels before I went out the door and I said may I have your name? she didn’t want to give it to me. Had to ask her three times she says I wasn’t laughing at you and the other woman then laughed again along with her. I will not be going back to the store ever again and I think that this woman needs to have some education on how to be a good steward of the company.
Very uncalled for and rude.

Car wash never working when we come to use it. When we ask cashiers why it is always down we are dismissed and told to come back another day. Will not be coming back to this gas station, and cancelling our family car wash plan

Love this circle k but the lady that has been working here so long is always rude to me and other customers and comes off as lazy and seems like she does not want to work here. Sad I live right down the street and feel like I have to go somewhere else.

Always have a great experience here. I stop here all the time when I go on walks. Employees are always nice they have the mountain dew I like.

If you're getting anything from behind the counter, go behind the counter and get what you want and use the self checkout. If you go to the cashier and ask they are just going to send you to the back of the self checkout line anyway.
