Ordered a device during Black Friday based on specific information provided on their website. Item was shipped quicker than expected but did not include a keyboard as promised. Customer service requested pictures of missing Items which I sent immediately. A week later I received a return authorization despite not having requested it. Contacted customer service again and was told no keyboard was available and I'd need to return the device. Poor communication from start to finish with this frustrating shopping experience.

I bought a dual tray laser printer. They were one of a few companies who had them and wasn't charging double the price like Amazon.They delivered it within a few days and it works great.Im impressed with the company so far and looking forward to doing business with them again.

I ordered a Lenovo monitor for my Fiance for Christmas. With the shipping issues going on in our country I ordered the product in November to make sure it was here in time for Christmas. Rhis was a Suprise for her and she wanted a 2nd monitor for her laptop. Right after Christmas it was realized that this particular monitor was not compatible for what she needed. I contacted the returns department and explained what was going on. They did not care and basically said we can not return the product. Very disappointed.
