Service is very poor , they have the worst staff on the cashier!!! They don't have manners. They need to attend customer service seminars. They also don't know what instruct people. Last week, they told us not to remove all the stuff in our cart so they can just easily arrange the cart on our check out. Today, when we did not remove anything in the cart and we only have like 10 items in it so its easy for them to check us out, they told us, "NEXT TIME REMOVE ALL THE STUFF IN THE CART, its not COVID anymore!" and when I told them that we went here last week and told us not to remove the stuff from the cart, the angry staff said "I don't know who you talk to, but that's not right... and just made the ugliest face Ive seen the entire week." Management should meet all your staff and please teach them manners.

This Costco in Altamonte has one of the worst parking lots outside of the Trader Joe's in Winter Park. Getting in and Getting out is a pain, and after you park, walking safely to the store can be a challenge with an odd arrangement of angles from which you can approach. What this Costco DOES have is a Liquor Store. Sure, the selection isn't vast, but they have some killer prices on stuff. Some things can be $30+ cheaper than the local ABC or Total Wine. It's always worth a stop to see what they have. The regular store always seems to be crowded with long lines, and the food court is outside, which in FL is a terrible idea. It's covered, but still, hot and muggy weather makes my hot dog soggy. They have everything else other Costco's have like a pharmacy (great prices), vision center and hearing center (Say what?). Bring a big cooler and stock up on cold stuff.

Good place to shop for bulk items. Paper, cleaning and other non perishable items or the longer lasting items for those with a smaller family. For those with a bigger family, loads to choose from. Groceries, vitamins, bakery, home goods, clothes, appliances and much more. They have a food court which is always worth a stop for a bite to eat. Gas is of better quality, detergents, cleaners, at a much better price. Always packed but not hard to find parking with check out not being to bad even if busy. Clean with friendly staff.

Husband and I got a membership here because we have a baby on the way and we know we can buy diapers in bulk. We come here almost every weekend now, getting the main things we need in bulk. At first I thought our membership would hardly be used, but honestly there are things even a family of two could use bulk of: toilet paper, plates, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap, etc. They also have special deals sometimes- like today we had a Hexclad seller show us how the pots and pans work and of course offering a Costco deal that's cheaper than their online offers. There are also samples being offered down a bunch of the aisles. Even though the lines for the cashiers are intimidating, they always go by quick. Overall we've had a great experience here.

I am indeed a Costco fan this in particular Costco has a way of coming and and getting tangled with the gas station crowd. (I do see that they are fixing that with a new gas station area away from the Costco store) They staff are always helpful when going here, they always seems to have what I am looking for as well. They aren't short on the supplies. The samples are always a plus I'm glad that they brought them back as it makes me want to buy even more, knowing I go in there with a mission. The only thing that could change is if they accept Mastercard which I'm sure there is a good reason they do not. But nonetheless I do recommend this business.

Buying in bulk is the main event here! Well, that's if you don't count doing laps to graze on numerous samples. That is the main event for some as well. Be sure to check their ads for sales on items as well as seasonal items. You can't beat their rotisserie chickens! The produce here is great as well. Service is always with a smile and employees are very helpful. Don't forget to check out their bakery! They lost a star for me because their website is horrid. It does not show you any products/prices online that you can preview before going to the store. You see things they will deliver online, not store inventory. They need to work on that. Otherwise, Costco is a great place to go! Note: This location is always busy. I've tried shopping at different times and it truly didn't matter. They are buzzing with business!

Lou and Grace need to follow through on their word and not lie to customers . Membership members pay serious money annually for food and service. Don't give lip service.

The "Raw" honey from Florida beekeepers Costco sells IS NOT RAW. My husband and his dad raised bees and sold raw honey in upstate New York. He told me the easiest way to tell if honey is really raw is to put a little bit of it in the refrigerator. Real, raw honey will crystalize. BOILED honey will not, and can not legitimately be called raw honey. The honey I have been buying at Costco in Altamonte is boiled, it did not crystalize, and I left it in the fridge for over 2 days. Boiled honey has ZERO nutritional benefits. I'm pretty ticked off (can you tell? lol) I guess I'm going to have to go to the Farmer's market or buy my honey from a local beekeeper as Costco can't seem to buy legitimately raw honey.

I love Costco but I am so sick and tired of their cashiers and staff trying to upgrade me to the Executive Membership every darn time that I come here! The next time that they ask me, I swear I am canceling my membership all together and they will never see my face again! I think that at my age, I am old enough to know what I need, I hate to be harassed when I shop somewhere! So done with this pushing membership upgrade on you!!!!!

Since also joining Sam's Club 2 years ago, I've often thought that they have more unexpected crazy deals than Costco. Maybe the big 'C' read my thoughts, as lately, I've noticed some wild bargains here too. Cases in point are those CNY years that 3 weeks later, went on sale at less than 1/3 of their original prices (I'll post photos). It's a little bit like Dutch auction: sometimes you need patience to wait for the rock-bottom price; other times, you wait, and you can wave bye-bye. These treats for the year of the rabbit that we got were reduced from $18 to 12, and eventually to 5 just to clear the aisle, and they didn't last long then. And you know what - you can, literally, save on your cake, and eat out too! It's called price adjustment. In case you didn't know, when you see something that you'd bought go down in price, go to the center service desk (not where you do returns and membership, and ask for a price adjustment. It has to be within 30 days, and it has to be still in stock when you ask for the adjustment.

Whenever we are on the road, we get gas at Costco. In addition for lunch we have either their 1/4 lb hotdog, or their pepperoni pizza. At $1.50 including a refillable drink, it is the worlds best value. The pizza at $1.99 is exceptional as well, it that you get about 1/4 of a 13” pizza. Lunch for 2 for $350….outstanding!

My father 94 purchased hearing aids at the Costco in Altamonte Springs hearing aid department. Dianne was the specialist that helped us. She was very helpful, patient, and caring. We were able to get hearing aids tested, fitted and ordered. She was also helpful in the follow ups to help my father hear as best he could. I highly recommend Dianne,
