Incompetent and lazy in Altamonte! Three visits to the hearing center and not one of these morons would make any effort to adjust the hearing aid so that I can hear properly out of it. Went to the Winter Park location and it was taken care of promptly.

I am indeed a Costco fan this in particular Costco has a way of coming and and getting tangled with the gas station crowd. (I do see that they are fixing that with a new gas station area away from the Costco store) They staff are always helpful when going here, they always seems to have what I am looking for as well. They aren't short on the supplies. The samples are always a plus I'm glad that they brought them back as it makes me want to buy even more, knowing I go in there with a mission. The only thing that could change is if they accept Mastercard which I'm sure there is a good reason they do not. But nonetheless I do recommend this business.

I have been taking my mom to this hearing center for years. With two elderly parents, I have had experience with several audiologist and hearing specialists. You will find no one better to work with than the people here at Altamonte Costco. Valerie is fantastic and always goes well above and beyond for customer service. She represents the company in a professional and caring way, and I personally feel like she needs a big raise. The hearing aids have been excellent easy to use and anytime there is any kind of problem Valerie is so easy to work with and friendly. Love this place.

Buying in bulk is the main event here! Well, that's if you don't count doing laps to graze on numerous samples. That is the main event for some as well. Be sure to check their ads for sales on items as well as seasonal items. You can't beat their rotisserie chickens! The produce here is great as well. Service is always with a smile and employees are very helpful. Don't forget to check out their bakery! They lost a star for me because their website is horrid. It does not show you any products/prices online that you can preview before going to the store. You see things they will deliver online, not store inventory. They need to work on that. Otherwise, Costco is a great place to go! Note: This location is always busy. I've tried shopping at different times and it truly didn't matter. They are buzzing with business!

Lou and Grace need to follow through on their word and not lie to customers . Membership members pay serious money annually for food and service. Don't give lip service.

The "Raw" honey from Florida beekeepers Costco sells IS NOT RAW. My husband and his dad raised bees and sold raw honey in upstate New York. He told me the easiest way to tell if honey is really raw is to put a little bit of it in the refrigerator. Real, raw honey will crystalize. BOILED honey will not, and can not legitimately be called raw honey. The honey I have been buying at Costco in Altamonte is boiled, it did not crystalize, and I left it in the fridge for over 2 days. Boiled honey has ZERO nutritional benefits. I'm pretty ticked off (can you tell? lol) I guess I'm going to have to go to the Farmer's market or buy my honey from a local beekeeper as Costco can't seem to buy legitimately raw honey.

I love Costco but I am so sick and tired of their cashiers and staff trying to upgrade me to the Executive Membership every darn time that I come here! The next time that they ask me, I swear I am canceling my membership all together and they will never see my face again! I think that at my age, I am old enough to know what I need, I hate to be harassed when I shop somewhere! So done with this pushing membership upgrade on you!!!!!

Since also joining Sam's Club 2 years ago, I've often thought that they have more unexpected crazy deals than Costco. Maybe the big 'C' read my thoughts, as lately, I've noticed some wild bargains here too. Cases in point are those CNY years that 3 weeks later, went on sale at less than 1/3 of their original prices (I'll post photos). It's a little bit like Dutch auction: sometimes you need patience to wait for the rock-bottom price; other times, you wait, and you can wave bye-bye. These treats for the year of the rabbit that we got were reduced from $18 to 12, and eventually to 5 just to clear the aisle, and they didn't last long then. And you know what - you can, literally, save on your cake, and eat out too! It's called price adjustment. In case you didn't know, when you see something that you'd bought go down in price, go to the center service desk (not where you do returns and membership, and ask for a price adjustment. It has to be within 30 days, and it has to be still in stock when you ask for the adjustment.

I purchased a set of eyeglasses at the Costco at Altimonte Springs, Florida approximately 5 months ago. The other day I had the misfortune of dropping the glasses and one of the lenses broke out of the frames. Yesterday I returned to that Costco to do some shopping, and took the broken glasses with me. On entering the store I went directly to the optical department and asked the first available sales person If the glasses could be repaired, Without the slightest hesitation, he assured me he could effect the repair. As I watched, he completely dismantled the frames, inserted the lens, rebuilt the frames and tightened every connection. Then he carefully cleaned the lenses. When they finally passed his close scrutiny, he handed them back to me, said "no charge, have a nice day".I want to give a big shout out to David Gonzalez, who possesses superior social skills, as well as a high level of professional knowledge of his job.

This is the worst Costco wholesale I've have ever been to. I came to the store and asked the door guy Pete where I can get a shopping cart and he told me that they don't have any. Costco supermarket is out of shopping carts, really? He told me that I can go an find one in the parking lot. 3 guys that are in charge of collecting shopping carts were standing around shooting the "bull" with each other. I found the store manager (at least that's what his name tag said before he hid it). I asked him what was going on and why there are no shopping carts available for shoppers that pay membership fees to shop at your store. He said that there's a possible rain storm coming in and that I need to go find my own shopping cart in the parking lot, then he wished me a sarcastic nice day. I wish I got his name, but he hid his name tag. Who the hell manages this store and what kind of service is this???? Corporate needs to conduct an investigation into this and give everyone at the store training in proper customer service. I will never come back to this Costco again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I bought a car battery under 3 months ago and it died already. Their products are not good quality. The battery has a 3 year warranty and they are refusing to help fix it. The car is dead 40 miles from a costco because they sold me a faulty battery. The customer service is awful. Do not waste your money at this place. Do not believe their warranty's. They will not help you.

So been a corporate member a long time and my contractor father was also. "Debbie" who claims she's worked years there was horrific to me. I asked her name and she covered her ID name tag. As did the girl working with her. She was out of line and disrespectful so avoid Debbie. I go to that location 2 to 3 times a month and I might have to change locations after her inappropriate attitude and refusing to identify. Until I asked for a manager then showed me her name. And commented my mask was inappropriate...ummmmm iam wearing a mask because I have a trach and iam highrisk. So sorry Trump supporter iam being protective of myself
