Costco is always an adventure and you always spend just a little more than you planned on, but it does work for us since we shop there every six months

I can always find the varieties of merchandise in Costco, especially the groceries they offered! The only negative experiences were the customer services at the checkout counters(not all cashiers but a few of them) needs to improve on their customer skills and treat their customers with respect!

The store is usually well stocked. Sometimes you have to search for the sale items because they are in a weird spot. The parking lot is always difficult. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Do you like being treated like you don’t belong? Do you like being forced to scan your card when you walk in only to be given the third degree to ensure the person paying is also the card holder when you check out? Better yet, do you like rude greeters with terrible customer service skills right when you walk in? Then this is the location for you. I love the CostCo in Clermont but this one in Altamonte Springs houses the dirtiest store with the worst employees. Steer clear of this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter went to this location due to a tire pressure light being on. We get all of our tires from Costco and tire rotations done. She made an appt and was told there was nothing wrong with her tires. Less than 24 hours later she is on a flat tire. This is a major inconvenience for a college student who is limited on resources being away from home. I don't understand how her tires were fine when the light was on and she had a completely flat tire with an obvious puncture in it. This is a major disappointment when you are trying to be proactive.

Costco is woke and that is why shifting to other big box stores. Now only use them about 10% as compared to the previous years.

Someone should check on this location’s employees because I have never experienced such consistently unhappy and rude employees in my decade of being a Costco member in multiple states. Today was the last straw. Not only was everyone rude throughout the store and seemed very bothered if you asked for help, I found out that this Costco has so many members, they do not care if you stay or go, which I’ve never experienced. We didn’t earn back the full $65 on the executive membership to make it worth it, so I brought it in to get the difference back and downgrade my membership. I was told that because it was issued more than 60 days prior then I couldn’t get the money. I was shocked because I read the reimbursement front and back and couldn’t find an expiration which is why we didn’t prioritize it, and also because this happened once before in a different state and they gladly gave back my money and threw in a cooler and goodies for my troubles— hence why I stayed with that level membership even though we were close every year. Julie in membership very rudely reminded me that everyone in her building tells people about the 60 days while she didn’t make eye contact, cut me off mid-sentence and moved on the next customer. I believe in my heart that there are still Costcos out there who care about keeping customers happy, I mean honestly was this really worth the $20 management team? Because despite my love for this Costco, I just can’t keep going there and living through such miserable customer service and long lines, especially after this. If you really love Costco, do your heart a favor and avoid this location. It will make you hate everything that you used to love about them.

Just like any costco, it's pretty chill. What i didn't appreciate is the fact that they allow staff to complain right in front of our faces when we request a box. Yall used to automatically pack boxes. I requested one, and the packer stood there and grumbled to the cashier about how much she hates packing boxes, and then she did a terrible job. I used to work for Costco, that kinda behavior in front of a member was frowned upon and even grounds for a warning if it kept happening. Also yall were supposed to pack boxes correctly. She busted piled a few things in and left other stuff out in the cart. I had to repack the box! She's getting paid to do that, she needs to earn her money, smile, be polite, be respectful and do her job correctly.
