The worst Cricket location. Rude as hell every time I have been in there. The young man and woman there on Monday November 24, 2024 at 12 noon are the 2 rudest people I've ever come across in a retail setting. Do not shop here. I'm leaving Cricket because of those two, I've been a customer for 5 years. Worst store ever.

Went in on Wednesday due to an issue with my bill amount, and Hashiel helped me out. He was professional, kind and best of all, HILARIOUS! ? He resolved my issue quickly. His customer service skills are 100% on point! Cricket, he is a keeper! Thank you Hashiel!

Went in the other day and was met by a very rude heavy set spanish lady. The store was empty playing very loud music. She acted like she was annoyed to have a customer. We quicky left and went to the cricket in Apopka and bought our 2 new iphones. I would definitely recommend cricket but I would avoid this store.

The poor girl had a few of us by herself with a computer that was down. But she made the best of it and was very helpful. My bf loves Cricket. He has been with them for 4 years and no issues. He just upgraded his phone and he always loves the Motorola's. I highly recommend them. His phones take a beating because he uses them for construction work.

This is now the only Cricket store I will ever buy from. Amazing and the nicest guy forgot how to spell his name. But went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it. Happy kids made my son's bday wish come true and my daughter so happy.
