I have been very happy with the service and the facility. It’s always nice and clean and I love that I’m on the 3rd floor with A/C. They always have carts for us to put our stuff on to bring to our unit. When I needed to add another unit they made it so easy for me. They just added the new unit to the account I already had and I didn’t have to sign another contract. I always feel save going here by myself day or night. It’s always very well lite. I highly recommend this place to store your stuff at a save place.

Everything was always clean and in working order/ carts available and never had any issues with other tenants. A code is needed not only to get into the building but just to get on property which made me feel safe when I was working on organizing my stuff there. The app worked well for billing but it wasn’t hard to get in touch with a real person when I had questions. I moved out on a weekend and forgot to turn off auto pay and they refunded me no issues. Very nice experience

I called to have price of a small storage and spoke to Yansi, who was very nice and professional. When I went to the Altamonte Springs, FL facility, I spoke to Chad. He was very professional, patient, answered all my questions, he has a pleasant personality, very professional. This is a very clean facility and with a/c, which keeps furniture safe from mildew free. I definitely will recommend this facility.

Mayra at the Winter Springs location was so nice, helpful and professional in assisting and education us on the climate control and appropriate size storage. My wife and I really appreciate her assistance. She then sent us to Chad at the Altamonte location. Chad also was very friendly and kind and enjoyed assisting us. I liked the air conditioned unit, but the rate increase was too much and too overpriced in my opinion. And I had this 5x10 unit for over 5 yrs and it got to the point I was paying almost $200/mth! Didn’t want to keep paying for something that eventually wasn’t worth it.

Rates are the highest around. They constantly raise rates all the while offering discounts to new customers to take the unit a steady customer occupied. Why not give incentive to loyal long term customers? Clearly not customer oriented, rather investor oriented like so many other big companies these days. Backwards.

Q was very helpful and sympathetic towards me, for my storage unit with a different company had flooded. She understood the urgency to find a unit right away so I could salvage the remaining dry items I owned.
It's so nice to have moving carts near the doors to accommodate with the moving process. The facility is very clean! The office is kept very nice as well. Q excels with her customer service !!

The place is nice but lots of fees. My first month 1/2 price wound up being 1/2 price plus $70 in MANDATORY fees which included a lock and insurance. The contract states that insurance is not required but the form says it’s required and wont let you uncheck it.
The facility is clean and nice but the advertising needs more honesty.
