Jonathan the manager is incredible. He is professional and courteous. He also alleviated my unnecessary fears about storing my vehicle at your facility. He was helpful in cleaning up the unit before I parked my car there. I found him very trustworthy in caring about my personal property. I will definitely rent storage units from him in the future once the size I need becomes available. Thank you!

Editing my review. Two main reasons:
I saw a live pest inside the storage center. At first I didn't think much of it, then when I got home and unloaded my mattress, there was a dead roach inside my mattress bag! I guess I should've know when my unit wasn't that clean when I moved in...
Secondly, I got stuck inside an elevator for over 30 minutes. I noticed the expired certification so that's probably the culprit . Management seemed hesitant to call for help (I was told to press the button as if I hadn't tried that several times), and weren't super concerned about my well-being. Offered no remedy for the inconvenience. The whole thing was pretty annoying. Luckily I was moving out, but sheesh...
It appeared to be a nice, clean place, but sadly this wasn't my experience. I'm hoping they improve these matters because it is set up with enough potential to be way better.

It was so easy to rent a storage space from Cube Smart. Loading and unloading were so easy in the covered area next to the elevators. Very clean and nice staff.
