Horrible customer service, I was calling to ask about a plush toy and the lady I was talking to had a huge attitude and seemed like she was desperate to hang up the phone. I wasn't even done talking to her and she just straight up hanged up on me saying "ok thanks good bye"

The most disorganized pharmacy ever. This last time, I got a text message to come pick up my prescription and so I show up. They told me there that it costs 300% higher than normal. So, they they tell me my insurance will not pickup the rest until tomorrow and that I should come back tomorrow. I ask my wife to come back the next day and they tell her it’s not ready until 10/12. This isn’t the first goof up, either. I’m switching to OptumRX like my Dr suggested in the first place. I’m never setting foot in this store again. What a mess?! I should invoice them for my time and my gas but that’s just too much bother.

I always go to this location without any issues. But I would love to know why I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to check on a refill and speak to someone... the first time I called I was 15 minutes into a phone hold and then it picks up I said hello and get hung up on. I'm a very patient person but this is beyond unacceptable. I will now have to go drive to this location after spending 30 minutes of my time to speak to someone for all of 30 seconds. Unacceptable sorry.

The pharmacy is Awful! The slowest and worst customer service on the planet! You'll Wait Forever in the drive thru. Then if you go inside the store to pick up your prescriptions, it's a only slightly better. You still wait, people are looking you in the eye, so they're a little more polite. The drive-thru is Abysmal, avoided at all costs! I need to change pharmacies completely.

This review is solely based on customer service. I came in on Saturday morning to pick up a package from UPS that was re-routed to this store. I come in with the email confirmation that my package has been delivered there at a particular time. I ask someone for help, who calls another person over since she was busy. She tells the other person I need help with a package pickup.The new lady looks at me and asks where the package is. I don't know??? I'm picking it up?? So she scoffs and says to the first girl, "she doesn't even have the package." So I corrected her and repeated that is is a PICKUP. I showed her my ID, couldn't find the package anywhere even though it was marked as delivered the day before. She was rude and not helpful. Won't be coming here again if I don't have to.

Terrible hours for a pharmacy. Takes forever to get your medication because of the reduced hours, this creates longer wait times. Poor customer service.

This used to be a great pharmacy. After covid this place has went down hill. Poor and slow service. Not to mention pharmacist that either provide you with no explanation or instruction on medications that you're picking up I do not recommend nor do I plan to continue to use this Pharmacy going forward
