The worst cvs I think I’ve ever been to. The tech hate there jobs and ignore questions. Not very organized….I can’t at this point. There is one in particular smh if you’ve met her you’ll know what I mean.

I couldn’t find anyone to check me out up front and had to yell out SEVERAL TIMES to get help. We checkout, pay and bag our own things. Is there anything else we can do for you, CVS?

I would strongly encourage you to not get your medicine from here. Impossible to speak to a pharmacist on the phone, incredibly long wait times, and the staff is usually joking/talking instead of working.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 3-4 years and now I will not be returning. The pharmacy has always been kind and as efficient as staffing allows, however I had an interaction with the “acting store managers” a male and a female. There is a known transient for the area and usually he sticks to the intersection, this time he was right in front of the main entrance. Today their drive thru computer system was down and to get your prescription you had to walk inside and past him. He didn’t say anything or act any kind of way but I have seen him acting erratic, jumping up and down, dancing, screaming. It’s a cause for concern and safety. When brought to their acting managers attention, the female simply walked away and the male said I should call myself, so I did. The lack of concern for the safety of the customers lets me know to never return to their store and as a female who was alone going past this strange man, I hope others will exercise caution regarding their safety.

I appreciate the hardworking people who work in the pharmacy of CVS by Costco in Altamonte Springs, FL. They interact with customers in heighten emotional states and they navigate them with kindness and grace. I have always received help with insurance and coupons helping me ensure that I am receiving the best price available to me. Thank you for all you do day in and day out!

I was told I cant get my prescription without the doctor calling them because they need to verify that it is me. Yet i had a prescription and got the other 2 meds in the prescription. Ridiculous.

Sat on hold for 15 minutes with no response. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Customer service is horrible, if you can't answer the phone then what's the point of having one??

This pharmacy is very unpleasant.?today I picked up my medication and I needed to refill my others. There were 4 cars in the driveway maybe 3. The curly haired lady who helped me was rude, flustered and showed she couldn’t work under pressure. I left without refilling my meds. And then complained that one coworker went to help another person find medication. That should have been kept to herself customers don’t need to hear all that

The store manager here in CVS 434 Altamonte Springs near Cosco, today 7/24/23, Wish I can give -5. Wow! unpleasant attitude, I didn't come here to be humiliated by u! I just need to buy medicine for my husband!I am a worker too, but if u can do costumer services at all, Resign!If you ask for help, they get mad, the store manager today show bad attitude of humiliation a costumer, who is asking for help.I do not deserve to be humiliated just by being a costumer asking for help!I will write a direct email to the Supervisor of the store , this attitude should not be tolerated.

I try to use my new Health Care from United Health Care for over-the-counter benefits. I asked the young lady to see if it covered it because if I didn’t, I don’t want it. She rang it up hand me the receipt and I said no I don’t want it didn’t come out of my over the counter. There is also a bill pay fee of $1.50.. Not only that but they did not even ring it up at the sale price because I said if it’s on the Health card, we can’t give you the sale price. I asked for my money returned, or even a take a gift card. And they refused.

It is too bad that I can’t give zero stars! Their computer system is supposedly ‘glitchy’. We got two medications called into them from urgent care and I even got the text saying they were filled. I get there and only one is available. They have lost the other Rx. As they are working on lost prescriptions for three other people, the computer goes down and they lower the metal gates on us. I had to go one town over to get them transferred and filled. The whole mess took six hours to get meds.Today, coming in from the ER and got the text that the meds were ready. Again, the whole pharmacy is shut down for computer issues. I hadn’t even had time to change my preferred pharmacy. The script I need has already been filled but, again I can’t get the script because no computers. I cannot understand how this place is still in business!?!?

Do not go here. Pharmacy associates has smart mouth when talking to you almost to the point they will make tou wona curse at them. Never have prescriptions ready same day. Never. Ever. Amd if they do its raining cats and dogs. I have now transferred everything to the one up the syreet and this one is across the street from me. SMH... black people (I'm black) are each others worst enemy for no reason.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I had a life saving medication prescription be called in 3 times on 3/28 because the had an issue with their power in the morning that impacted their voicemail ALL DAY. I had even called the CVS pharmacy to check that the prescription was received - they never mentioned they were still having voicemail issues or that we should try a different pharmacy and I even when down there when I got disconnected while on hold to figure out what to do next. The following day, dr calls in the prescription for the 4th time and request it's fill before 1pm - the call happened before 9am. Around 11am CVS calls me and then the vet to confirm some details and it is stressed which medicine to fill and by 1pm. After this I head over to CVS to check that they have the right prescription and see if I can get it - they tell me to come back in an hour after I confirmed with BOTH THE TECH AND PHARMACIST the medicine we needed and by when. I came back at 1pm and they filled the wrong prescription - which I did miss at the store because I was on a meeting since I had been dealing with this mess for a day and a half now - and I get a text later that they are out of stock of the drug I needed that day. This is completely unacceptable way to run a pharmacy that people rely on to get medicine. 100% will never use again and my dr is actively recommending to patients to no longer use CVS as they have had issues like this in the past and it continues to be an issue.
