Horrible customer service, I was calling to ask about a plush toy and the lady I was talking to had a huge attitude and seemed like she was desperate to hang up the phone. I wasn't even done talking to her and she just straight up hanged up on me saying "ok thanks good bye"

I always go to this location without any issues. But I would love to know why I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to check on a refill and speak to someone... the first time I called I was 15 minutes into a phone hold and then it picks up I said hello and get hung up on. I'm a very patient person but this is beyond unacceptable. I will now have to go drive to this location after spending 30 minutes of my time to speak to someone for all of 30 seconds. Unacceptable sorry.

This review is solely based on customer service. I came in on Saturday morning to pick up a package from UPS that was re-routed to this store. I come in with the email confirmation that my package has been delivered there at a particular time. I ask someone for help, who calls another person over since she was busy. She tells the other person I need help with a package pickup. The new lady looks at me and asks where the package is. I don't know??? I'm picking it up?? So she scoffs and says to the first girl, "she doesn't even have the package." So I corrected her and repeated that is is a PICKUP. I showed her my ID, couldn't find the package anywhere even though it was marked as delivered the day before. She was rude and not helpful. Won't be coming here again if I don't have to.

Terrible hours for a pharmacy. Takes forever to get your medication because of the reduced hours, this creates longer wait times. Poor customer service.

This cvs is by far the worst I've been too. Poor customer service!! Don't know a thing about insurance or meds. I was literally on hold for a hour today until hung up and went up to the location to see they had the phone off the hook!!

The pharmacist was not there, just one tech to work the whole department at lunchtime. Poorly staffed.

Literally the worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever gone to. Don't fill your scripts here...

Does not consider the needs of their patients. My prescription was out on hold without a phone call or any notification. 2 days later I went to pick up my prescription and was told they are out of the medication and can order it but will take a week or so. Now, I'm stuck without my prescription and putting my health at risk! Never again will I put my health in their hands! Completely careless!

So in the area that I live, there's 2 CVS store options. There's a smaller store closer to our house, but this is a bigger store and its the one my mum prefers coming to, as often the eye medicine she gets for my Dad is sold out in the smaller store. Well this time, that medicine was sold out in the store, and wouldnt be re-stocked for another week.. I did like that I could go to the coupon center and we got some decent ones, but there was a 30% discount coupon she had via email that didnt shop up in the center, so that discrepancy had us puzzled. Other than the eye medicine not being available, we found everything else we needed, the staff were helpful and yeah, I would stop here again. Yelp 23/2018

This was my worst experience ever attempting to fill a prescription. The Walgreens employees are amazing, the pharmacy techs are as rude and condescending as can be. Don't you dare inconvenience them with any questions. Save yourself a lot of trouble and take your prescriptions elsewhere.

I was highly impressed with one associate at this particular pharmacy. His name is Larry (I had to ask the girls in the pharmacy for his name). I was shopping in the store while waiting for my prescription to be filled, when Larry was kind enough to stop and ask me if i needed help. I asked Larry a question about pricing and we both continued on our way. Now, what impressed me the most about his customer service, was the fact that about 10 minutes later, Larry saw me again and asked me if I was still doing okay and if I needed more assistance. Nowadays, as a customer, we're easily ignored, and for the fact that he was busy, stocking the shelves, he could have easily pretended to not have noticed me. Even more so, most associates (anywhere, not just cvs) would never take the time to approach you twice, feeling they've "done their job" if they made that initial greet. That day Larry made me feel liked he genuinely wanted to help me and I very much appreciated his assistance. My only regret about my shopping experience, was not receiving a customer survey on my receipt, so that I could let corporate know about Larry.

I prefer coming to CVS more than Publix even if the scripts at Publix is free. While it is true a lot of the stuff they sell in the isles of CVS are junk and overpriced, if you look carefully for coupons and sales you can get really good deals on a variety of staple products. They are also good for a last minute gift or difficult to find supplies. I also like that they are smaller and usually have less people shopping so you can get in and out quicker.

Find another Pharmacy. .. the tech will argue or ignore you completely. I've had them try to give me medication without running my insurance (card was given).

Got a little bit of a head cold going on and of course I forget my meds on my way to work. Never fear CVS is here. They saved the day once again...My hero!!! The local neighborhood drug store that has everything. Sign up for their rewards program, you can get some great deals on stuff you already buy.
