I'd give less stars if I can. The only nice person on staff was new, but when I tried calling for a photo update the rep basically hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. No wonder why they are promoting their self checkout so they can limit your interaction with their awful employees.

I refused to give a number they insisted to add a number and added one that was notmone. I didn't want my purchases connect to anything it's private what I buy. I don't want my private
information given to another person.

i am type 1 diabetic, every time i go to get my insulin from this one CVS Pharmacy there is an issue. today one of the workers messed up my order of insulin and put the wrong date to be filled. they set the date for 2 MONTHS ago!!! now apparently they have to contact my insurance to get it resolved, while i’m left with one insulin pen and a whole additional week till my next available day off. people with dependency on their medication should never have to worry about their prescriptions.

Was on the phone asking about some pictures I had ordered around 5 hours earlier that were supposed to be printed within an hour and was told they weren't ready and to call back in 2 hours. Lady just hanged up immediately without giving me a chance to ask anything.

Bad customer service. Manager was no help. Just looked at me without a care. Drove in the rain to get item. Had to order online.

Horrible store. Don’t get anything printed there. There’s a black male manager there is ghetto add threatened my life over a photo. He needs to be removed from the store as he looks a bit unstable. Don’t shop here.

I say that CVS has been my favor pharmacy for many years, it is the one where my doctors and dentists prescribe my medicines and I also like its decoration, it feels pleasant to enter its locations.
