Bad photo experience. Many of the photos of the bunch I ordered came out looking super odd. Asked for a refund for the defective photos and was unable to. Was told I would have to return ALL the photos. Will never print photos here again. Pics shown as example. My photo vs printed.

CVS really needs to look at how much the reviews for this location have dropped drastically recently. I had been coming here for 8 years and finally realized I deserved to be treated better. There has been a slow decline for the last year but then the last few months it became so much worse. I called to let them know about an error in how my meds were dispensed and the head pharmacist (I think it was Heidi) screamed at me over the phone for several minutes. She said I was personally attacking her by saying it was dispensed incorrectly and I had to push to get it corrected. She should have known the correct way to dispense it in the first place and been apologetic not nasty when she realized she had done it incorrectly.

The pharmacy manager Heidi has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You’d think working in a medical role she’d have some compassion. She should not be in management as her interpersonal skills are lacking and she does not know how to diffuse, but escalates situations. If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Never have I ever had such terrible service at a CVS!

Worst service, apparently they don't want to answer the phone. You can hear them answer and immediately hang up. Fourth time gets a review!

37 minutes waiting in the car line with only 2 cars in front of me. As I'm writing this review I'm still waiting. It's 3:30 on a Thursday, would not even consider this a busy time, it's just always slow. Corporations need to hire them more help

Had an initially bad experience that turned out to be a system and communication error. I needed needles and because the system saying I’m prescribed a medication requiring the needles was my California profile, they didn’t check it at first and assumed I was looking for drug needles. But as soon as I went back to complain, they managed to check it and immediately rushed to help me find what I needed, which is all I can ask for when someone messes up.

Pharmacy’s need to open up before 10am for people like me who were in the hospital all night and need their medication!!! And the pharmacist is just looking at me wile I’m coughing up my lungs and need my medication. You guys need to do better 10am on a Saturday to open is unacceptable for a pharmacy there are sick people who need their medication! I will be sending my prescriptions else we’re from now on
