Pharmacy’s need to open up before 10am for people like me who were in the hospital all night and need their medication!!! And the pharmacist is just looking at me wile I’m coughing up my lungs and need my medication. You guys need to do better 10am on a Saturday to open is unacceptable for a pharmacy there are sick people who need their medication! I will be sending my prescriptions else we’re from now on

Female pharmacy tech will repeatedly hang up the phone after being on hold for more than 10mins. Any time I go to the pharmacy and she checks me out my prescription, the insurance gets messed up. When she is not there I never have a problem calling or g picking up my prescriptions. The pharmacist is great and super helpful however the pharmacy tech is horrible.

Extremely rude! Called several times before they answered, and when a woman answered, she had a very aggravated tone. I spent at least 15 minutes on hold.

Hivee was very rude. Instead of providing courteous customer care over patients, she was even scolding me over personal questions. I know some patients are stressed over several requests, but I can assure that I am a very kind person and due my work, I try to facilitate every persons life because I understand how patients are…..Not having a good day? Take a coffee break and treat others the way you would like to be treated.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My son is chronically ill. He has 30-50 seizures a day even on 7 seizure meds. Then we have to deal with this pharmacy every single time we pick up a seizure med they can't get it right. CVS always has the wrong dosage on file. Then they blame it on the Dr and make us have the dr send a new script every single month! Then the Dr blames them. I believe the Dr because we never had this issue at Walgreens. As soon as we switched over to CVS we literally go through this every single month. These ppl are disgusting putting my son's life at risk because they can't do their job.

Service here at the pharmacy is always a question what you are going to get day to day. Today I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by Dianne. She was friendly at first but when I asked her to look up a medication that wasn’t ready she asked me to wait for a minute and told me she was going to work on it. I guess she must think the windows only work one way but I saw her then go and do work with another prescription bottle of pills (we were there for an inhaler) and then get on her cell phone and then open a letter. She then came back to the window and told me she was working on it, closed the window, got back on her phone and then came back almost 5 minutes later saying she ordered it. All in all we waited 15 minutes at the window for something that looked like it actually took her about 1-2 minutes. Disappointed

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in 30 years. Cvs in LA Fitness Plaza. Female staff doesn't hesitate to lie!!!! Prescriptions are not transferred in a timely manner. Female staff, gaslights, talks while you're speaking, is not friendly, has an attitude and there's continually poor customer service. The wait time on the phone seems like forever, after taking all your info to transfer 15 medications, the following week you call to pick them up, they're accusing you of giving wrong information!Truth is, medications were never transferred nor was the previous pharmacy ever contacted! This is shameful!At this rate we're heading towards an MI or CVA from all this stress. Aren't the supervisors seeing all these negative reviews???and if they are, why aren't changes and improvements being made to the services. My mother may surely die if she has to deal with this pharmacy AND manage all her comorbidities. If you think these little complaints don't count, try sleeping with a mosquito in your room.SOMEBODY PLEASE SAVE THE CHAIN GOOD REPUTATION AND WEED OUT OR EDUCATE WHERE NECESSARY. #Heidi

Never pick the phone and when they do they put you on hold until you get tired of waiting.Make you do multiple trips for a single medicine. It’s sad because people go there because the need of medicine not for fun:(

Horrible!..Unable to contact anyone by phone on multiple occasions they were unable to fill prescriptions due to being"out of stock"..with no notification..Had to get prescriptions filled at grocery store across the street!.

Trying to call them is impossible. I've been hung up on, I've been on hold for 30+ minuets. It's just really hard to get in contact with them without driving there and waiting in line to talk to a someone in person. Only at CVS because of insurance or I would still be at walgreens, who has had pretty good service no matter the store. Meanwhile this is not a great first CVS to start at. Does NOT make the company look good.

My experience in this place, especially in the area of medicine dispatches, is completely disgusting due to the bad attitude that all the employees of the prescriptions provide, starting with the Graduate and ending with the pharmacy assistants. I took a prescription from my husband and they told me to come at that time and it's not there for that time and they told you to come the next day and my husband needed the medicine because he had just had surgery.
