The only pharmacist there that is willing to help and Has proper phone etiquette is Brad. I don't know which pharmacist I spoke to, but they were very rude and weren't willing to help

This CVS is located across from Walmart and McDonald's on State Road 434 in Altamonte springs, next to Costco. They offer a minute clinic, drive through for prescription pick up, photo developing, passport photo services, an ATM, In-store pickup, COVID-19 Vaccines, COVID-19 testing, drug disposal, HealthHub, Immunizations, and they accept EBT snap benefits.
The store is open Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The MinuteClinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. On Sunday, it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This location does not offer UPS shipping services.
Other than that, the CVS is basically like every other location. I have no complaints, although it is fairly small and the area is usually busy with traffic.
You may want to call ahead for services at the MinuteClinic, as it can get busy, and some services require appointments to be made ahead of time.
I would recommend this location if you are in the area and looking for a CVS location.

The worst and only experience I have had was with that staff. The managers refused to give me my medicines, they made me wait and one of them started making fun of me. Just because I said Hello, he asked me to take the line and he was very rude. A person like that should not be working in this place. What a bad and terrible experience. I hope I never go back there, I'm still trying to understand what happened? awful

There are two girls in pharmacy that are super rude and very unprofessional. There are many people complaining about these ladies and I really don't know why they are still working at this company and why managers are not doing anything??? Perhaps CVS don't care that much about their customer service! These two girls that are short and have dark hairs should be immediately removed from store and entire company. I have been a witness to how these two ladies abuse their position and mistreat the customers.

I love to go to CVS the one that is in Altamonte, inside the target, all the employees are great! Bravo! Also, you find there everything or more!

The best staff in the area. Every time I call I am the one who has to disconnect as they are always and repeatedly asking me what else they can do for me.

I don’t normally have problems when coming to the store. Although, my previous visit was weird. There is a man named Josh in the CVS pharmacy who is extremely rude. I spoke to him on two different occasions the pone first where he was rude cause i asked a question about the store and then hung up. Then in the store and to my surprise i got the same vibe He argued with me in front of his manager, whom also did nothing but watch his employee speak to me distastefully. Do not call go to this CVS pharmacy in this store it was a horrible experience. Josh attitude sucks he tried to ruin my day, but thank God I prayed up before going in! God bless y'all and keep your peace by going to a different pharmacy. My recommendation would be Publix pharmacy on Jamestown.

The actual Pharmacist TeAra was extremely rude and had no customer service what so ever. I only went to this 1 because mine didn't have a medication. Won't go back.

Would give a negative number if it's allowed. Call the pharmacy tonight 9/21/22 @ 6:15pm to check if my daughter's prescription was called in and ready. The person who answered the phone a guy was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me. After I get my daughter prescription done it's the last time I'll fill any prescription at this locammmmm
