Made transactions twice, have proof that it took out of my bank account show it to them and they just said its our fault after they said that they had a issue with there system. Over 50$ taken and they just say " you have to deal with it " Great service guys!!!!! If im able to give less than 1 star you guys would have it.

so I tried to get rx from different cvs was unsuccessful for 2 weeks. went here pharmacy worked eith me and insurance. I had been working on it this day from 8;30am to around Noon. Had.my 3 yr old with me that kept.saying he was hungry. staff called me over and asked if he coukd have popcorn and provided w bags to tide him over until we could get to lunch.

At this location, there was a Black man training as a manager and I had an awful experience (this has nothing to do with race. I am a Black woman, but I am unsure of his name). I was going into take my passport photos and the gentleman assisting was nonchalant, didn’t seem like he wanted to assist, and was just impatient/rude. I asked to see the photo and he refused. He printed them and I communicated that I didn’t like them which is why I asked to see before he printed. He said nothing would change if I retook the photo. I told him that I just wish he was a little kinder to me as this was the first time I was doing this and just wanted to see if I liked the photo since it would be on my passport. He said “only you and TSA would see it”. He then said I was rude and asked what I wanted him to do. I asked how I was rude, he couldn’t give an answer. His manager was nearby (white woman), and she responded in a very similar way. I also asked them both to look at me when I was speaking because they both honestly looked bored every time I spoke, and it hurt because I try to treat everyone with kindness and compassion, and that's all I wanted in return. I asked for a little bit of compassion or just friendliness, as i’m not being rude or anything and just wanted help getting a picture I liked. She was just kinda like welp, do you want me to retake it or not? I ended up paying and leaving but I ended up crying at the store because of how rude they were both being. Look, I don’t want anyone to get in trouble but all I wanted was the kindness I offered. I just wanted a photo I liked or to at least see the photo. Instead, I was met with two nonchalant and rude employees who looked like they didn’t even want to be there. Compassion and empathy is a NEED in community service and both the white woman manager and the Black man in training to become a manager need to really reflect and learn how to talk to people. Very hurt by this experience and will not be retuning to this store.

Good location, convenient and easy to jump in and out HOWEVER, if you need help, Good luck finding employees.

Front Desk Clerk was Fabulous! I do believe her name was Rose. She was very helpful, polite and professional. Unfortunately I can't say the same for CVS Prescription Delivery is the absolute worst! Right along with cvs app! Throw it all away!

Thus CVS is selling staff that is almost expired, and they refused to returning, if I going to use it in more than two weeks don’t going to work. And the customer service is horrible

This place has friendly staff. They offer self checkout. They're never too busy here. And that's something I like so I can ne in and out!
