I had an amazing experience at the David’s Bridal at Altamonte Springs! From the front desk host to my stylist Jeannie Edwards who was super kinda, patient and encouraging. She listened to my vision and gave me the confidence to find the perfect dress for a reasonable price! I had the worse experience at the Millenia store a few days prior and almost gave up on finding my dress at this store. Thank God I gave the Altamonte Springs store a chance because I said yes to the dress!!! Thank you 💕

Silvia was my stylist and we highly recommend! She went above and beyond to make it a special experience! She stayed late, made sure we had everything we needed to go with the dress, and no complaints. She seemed to be having a good time as well!

I had Jeannine as my stylist and she was great! She listened to what I was looking for and brought me the best styles. I recently lost my mother and she was so emotionally available and supportive. She was great. Thank you for making my experience unforgettable.

Went in yesterday, Nicole was so incredibly helpful! We loved her, she helped teach my mom a few things about the dresses and styles, helped me try so styles that were pretty but just not my thing, through no fault of her own. She even listened about my color issues for bridesmaids and set us up with a swatch of the one color I couldn't get right! Sure enough it's the perfect orange pastel shade for our spring wedding!
I would give 5 stars for Nicole herself but the Davids inventory was not exactly what we were expecting. It was much smaller and more geared towards BallGowns and ALines where I wanted more of a sheath/fitted look without different toned fabrics. But our stylist was the BEST so it made up for the bulk of it!

Stylist/sales lady was super helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. She had me rate the dresses 1-10 and my honest opinion about the dresses and how i felt. but dresses and dressing room area was not clean what so ever. Very dim, dark, crowded and hot . it was so hard to find the perfect dress with how bad the lighting was. it was hard to feel special! the whole atmosphere was very difficult overwhelming and overstimulating.

I made an appointment for my daughter's prom confirmed days before I traveled from Poinciana to Altamonte Springs so we got there about a hr earlier than the appointment I went in and was not greeted I walked up to the desk and said "hello I have an appointment at 1:30 I'm pretty early." The lady Colleen said "um no you don't have anything HERE" I replied "yes I do I confirmed like 2 days ago" and repeated my daughter's name then she was like "oh yea its at 1:30 so it will be at 1:30 " she had the nastiest attitude so we went in the mall found a few dresses and tried them on she liked some of them but wanted her prom appointment experience so we held the other dresses and went to the appointment when we went there a young man greeted us was still not greeted by Colleen she ignored us but then said "oh yea go over there and look, someone will be with you shortly " we looked at the dresses and she found two she wanted to try still waiting no one ever approached us so I went to the manager at the register and said we have an appointment no one is assisted us but we wanna try these dresses so she took me to the front asked Colleen why no one was with us and she was like " I'm working on it" still very rude I told Trish the manager we just wanna try on the dress so she led us into a room and my daughter liked one of the dresses so we got it the girl that checked us out was so sweet and Trish was great but Colleen ruined the whole experience for my daughter. Her prom appointment should have been a amazing memorable experience instead it was ruined by this rude woman that obviously hates her job or hates people that look like "Us" not sure but definitely not going back to the Altamonte Springs davids bridal again and won't recommend it to any of ny friends or family. I would have given less than 1 star if I could but I guess that 1 star is the other associate trying to help us. I understand being overwhelmed or busy but that gives her no right to be rude to us and nice to other people which I saw with my own eyes. Her tone and rudeness ruined our whole experience. Absolutely Trash Behavior.

The team at the Altamonte store has been great. Monica did alterations to my not typical wedding gown yesterday. She was awesome and set up my dress so it will be perfect. I can't wait for 2nd fitting.

Brooke and Cora were the absolute best we have ever worked with. My wife and daughter have been so many places and they were so kind and very helpful. Made my daughter feel like she was the only girl in the world!

I wanted the dress that Cynthia's Evrio wore to the oscars but i kept it a secert bc i knew i could never afford that dress butttt Sabrina was awesome she found my dream dress without having to even showed her the picture

Valentina was very sweet and patient. She definitely made my sisters shopping experience a 10/10. Any time we needed her no matter what for she was there since we walked in the door.
