Most horrible customer service. It has been over a month that I requested transfer of fun to a different institution. Evey agent and suervisor I spoke to they all were cloeless on when the funds will be transfered. They are holding my money over 30 days that was cashed out of all stocks and needed to be transfered. Nobody could give me exact time. All they did was fed me with empty promisses and call backs, but nobody EVER called me back. Do not use their services. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE over 30 days to do a WIRE transfer. I still dont have my funds moved as of this review.

They have a $3500.00 cash promotion running but after reading these reviews, not worth it.The office in Ft. Lauderdale closed.

I don't think Etrade even deserves one star. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Its been 10 past 10 days and I am still waiting for my money to be transferred, It was taken out of my account immediately.

E*Trade needs more customer representatives for phone support. I got 3.5 hours on hold for the fraud department last Sat. Today I was put on hold for more than 2 hours to activate my account. Still waiting...

So apparently E*Trade allows their new hire trainees to manage wire transfers now.Either the Trainee messed up, or the Manager messed up, but due to someone's oversight, they did not submit the Wire Transfer in time (we requested at noon today, and they didn't submit until after 4pm when the federal reserve closes).This has caused us to miss our closing payment on the home, which has delayed closing until payment can be received, which won't be until Monday. We've had movers scheduled, utilities transferred, and other financial costs and losses due to E*Trade's mistake.We will be leaving E*Trade first thing on Monday and calculating the damages that they have caused for further action.Good luck, if you choose to stay with them.

Phone etiquette and customer service not that great! Need to update system and get virtual debit cards! Hour long wait time every time I call . Received better service via email than phone; need more branches especially in Orlando area.Should offer services and promotions as well! Hope they aren’t robbing me .

Worst customer service out of any brokerage I’ve ever used. If you message them for an issue, it’ll take a month before they even acknowledge the question & still don’t get an answer. They’re “deposit to your bank” option hasn’t worked in a year & you’re forced to wire transfer everything which costs $25 + $15 + your bank fees. Set up this way on purpose, I believe.In the process of switching brokerages again.

E trade will steal youur money through fees slowly, without your knowledge or consent! I called after my transactions for deposits showed as completed. Unfortunately, they had not been completed and after using my checking account i doscovered E trade had been siphoning funds from my checking account, disguised as fees for transactions that never took place. I will be switching brockerages shortly. Good riddance to theae thieves!
