  The heat doesn't work in the whole back wing of the building per the engineer. Should not be assigning people to the back wing when it's in the 40s at night.
  
  They offered extra blankets and that's it. Poor experience at a Hilton.

  One of the cleanest hotels we stayed in! Rooms are spacious, good amount of breakfast every morning and social hour with 2 free drinks (hard liquor too) in the evenings. Hot tub and pool were clean. Close to everything. Surprisingly found a park right outside to walk around and you ca walk to downtown Altamonte area. Really loved our stay and next time we’re in Orlando, definitely staying here !

  Reception seems like doesn't like there work. Mr. Haiti welcome us without good service, he didn't even give us the welcome complements. I ask for trolley his reply is its usually park there pointing his finger that's it. If I have seen one I wouldn't even bother to ask his help. Room service phone no one pick up. Please make our stay to feel good.

  Great location in pretty Crane’s Roost area. Reasonable price especially when used my points.
  Nice and quiet with friendly staff.

  Clean, inviting, and welcoming. Hilton doesn't disappoint with another solid Embassy Suites. This location offers an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, along with (my favorite) happy hour in the atrium bar area. Adults get 2 free drinks and there are a few light snacks.
  
  It's right by Cranes Roost, a scenic park with a lake. You can see beautiful lights there during the Christmas season and a massive Christmas tree.

  I love the staff. Being on the lake is awesome but getting in and out of the hotel can be difficult. The free breakfast is decent but notice a live German cockroach near the syrup kettle. While concerning, you’ll have that in a place as large as this hotel. The rooms are okay, but notice our shower leak under the wall adjacent to the living room.

  As a diamond member I expected a good stay. However, the AC can’t be adjusted in room. Maintenance has to adjust it inside the wall. But it was too hot so I turned it off. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep well. breakfast was good but way too many people. It was a 30minute wait for omelets. Some of the foreign tourist were highly rude and forceful. I skipped the reception and breakfast the next morning. The area was lovely and the hotel was clean. The lake view was beautiful. My room was quiet on the 7th floor. However, the luggage carts were sparse. We carried our luggage by hand. It took 3 trips.
  
  Rooms: My room was great. Plenty of space but small bathroom. However, the water pressure was perfect and the water hot.
  
  Safety: Park at your own risk signs are posted. But I locked my car after removing any valuables. I felt safe in the area and parked near the door.
  
  Walkability: There’s lots of things close by to enjoy. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Plus a river walk.
  
  Food and drinks: Breakfast was tasty.
  
  Noteworthy details: The indoor pool was pleasant. The hotel tub was a perfect temperature. The ambiance of the hotel was welcoming.

  I’m a fan of embassy suites so when I went here I was shocked. The ratings are misleading. The room was dirty and had hair everywhere. When I woke up the nightstand had ants crawling everywhere. I told the manager upon checkout and he acted like it was normal and didn’t offer any remedy or solution. Will likely not be back. Looks like it’s going down.

  Rooms were good...Just know if you have an Xbox or PS5 or any gaming system for movie watching or gaming that you will NOT be able to connect it to any TV in any room here. Also, if you're surfing the channels you will NOT be able to see the numbers on the TV of the channels you're surfing. Just a friendly note to those who actually want a full experience while in the room.

  Consistent with other Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Omaha Steakhouse in the hotel has a good menu too.

  We have stayed here many times, but I believe yesterday will be our last. Our room was very dirty, there was some kind of brown stuff on the walls, I could tell the toilet handle had not been cleaned and there were crumbs on the counters throughout. I requested another room. I was surprised that the man at the front desk didn’t apologize or ask what the problem was in order to correct it. The second room smelled strongly of mildew upon entering. I was afraid of what we would get if I asked to change again, so we kept it. I wish I hadn’t. Overnight it got very cold out, so we attempted to turn up the temperature. It didn’t work at all. Everything in the room became wet to the touch. Our clothes, the sheets, etc. Very humid. My husband felt sick the next day. I took photos of yellow water that was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. I don’t see a way to attach them here though. My guess is there is mildew or worse inside the AC. Very disappointing as we frequent this place and enjoy the breakfast.
