After money was mistakenly put into my account by fidelity they tried to make me feel bad and pay out of pocket for their mistake!!! and implied I should’ve never taken it out. When it was under my name. They said it was an error and I received no apologies or any remorse!!!!

I love Fidelity Investments' Altamonte Springs office, but I wish they'd move it or build another office nearer to Winter Springs/Oviedo. Folks who rate this a 2.9 star are just haters. Anyway, Google reviews is probably not the place for investment firm ratings.

I need to go to the Altamonte Springs Orlando office to have forms signed and notarized for a IRA rollover from a retirement account to Fidelity. No one answers the phone. I have been on hold for 35 minutes.

During our two hour visit we have received astonishing service and consulting at this branch. She listened and understood our problems and was super patient with our requests. We can highly recommend doing business there. Thank you again for all your services!

A nice location with friendly staff. Coffee station is also nice. My only problem is the limitations the location has to access investment accounts. We were supposed to need an advisor and instead sat in an office and talked on our cell phone to them. Communication error. We will try this again in 3 weeks.

I've been trying to reach this specific location for about an hour now but they don't have a direct phone number. It transfers you to people across the country that can't even get ahold of the location to schedule an appointment yet this location is by appointment only. It's a joke of a system and I can't believe the level of incompetence that is going on in a big corporation like this.

My mother has an account and seems to be having good results and based on this, I have decided to move my money over as well. However, I have been on the phone for OVER AN HOUR waiting for someone to pick up the phone! I chatted with someone and told him of the long wait time and he apologized but said the only way to make an in-person appointment is to speak with someone at the location. Well. They won't be getting my money. The office is not closed and there is no way they are SOOO busy that they can't pick up the phone and take your number and call you back. If they won't answer the phone, I don't feel they will invest my $19.99 properly.

God help an old person who is not online savy, who goes to the main office to change a few things on their account, no help at all. Only went to the office because, they incompetently did not complete a request the first time around over the phone.
