I just went to open a account and the lady had a very bad attitude from the moment I walked in her office after waiting and Watching her play on Her phone.
I didn't mind waiting, but when I went in through the door and she did not even smile She started talking to me with a really bad attitude like if i was her child .she she started to say that it was four ten and that it was late to open an account she saw how Shocked So with an attitude she told me to sit down I apologize that we were late. But she kept on talking to me like if she was mad asking me with a very bad attitude to give her my license I was feeling very uncomfortable so I Kindly said that I would come back tomorrow. When you work in a bank, you should have customer service smile. treat people the way you want to be treated this is not the first time that i'm dealing with this bank it was 5 years ago my mom had a account there Customer service was good. That's why I was bringing my money into this bank. This lady has to be trained on customer service. And how to treat people or maybe she is not happy working there I deal with other banks and I have never been Treated the way this lady treated me today Her office is the second one when you go in to open a account I won't recommend this branch to anyone

I am on this platform for to give high recognition and kudos for Fifth Third Bank employees, Maria Rodriguez.
She is a great access to Fifth Third Bank customers as well your Bank.
I was having challenges with with my checking account and Ms.Maria took a bad situation by her diligently and patience works with me to get the problem resolved in doing so , the issues has been resolved.
Ms. Maria show diligence and professionalism throughout .
Again i Thank her for outstanding customer experience 👏

This bank is a bunch of criminals and they prey on the young. My daughter had fraud and they refuse to give her money back. We appealed 3 times and they said they investigated, but I dont’believe them.I told my daughter to close her account and find a real bank. I guess they feel she is young they can take her money. If you have an account hear you may want to reconsider.

I've been using this bank branch for a couple of years now because the one close to me is in a sketchy neighborhood. This one isn't close to my house, but it's not an inconvenient distance. Service is always speedy even when they're really busy, and they have handy Saturday hours.I'm writing this review because I recently had a really positive experience here. I came to the bank with a somewhat complicated banking issue. The teller Jessenia was very helpful and friendly and patiently worked with me across two visits to help me with my banking needs. Even though I wasn't able to complete the transaction, I didn't leave empty-handed. Jess and her colleagues were able to give me the info I needed to accomplish the purpose of my visit.I highly recommend this branch.

I've since moved most of my money from this bank. This brqnch in particular is so slow. Not sire if its a combo of bad bank procedures that are inefficient, bad staff training, managment that reinforces bad beahviots, etc, but they take forever to do anything. I regularly have to get change from them (exchange large bills for smaller bills) and even when I'm the only person there it can take 20mins. They take forever to get anything done.

Been on the drive thru line for about 25 minutes, while I watched the teller help other customers while doing my deposit. There shouldn’t be a commercial lane if they cannot handle the volume, I could if went to another branch where the service is better.

The two tellers in the drive through were very helpful. Even though they were busy, they made me feel like a valued customer! Before I left they even made sure if I needed any other assistance. All this with a smile on their face. It really made my day! :)
