The place has beautiful products and a great variety with competitive prices but the service leaves a lot to be desired, you have to ask the employees to find you a shoe and they take a long time, apart from the fact that when you enter they don't even put in order what they are looking for

Garbage of spoiled employees. I don't know what the hell they work there for if they don't serve customers well. They should fire them all and hire people who are willing to help and serve customers.

Bad customer service. Couldnt get anyone to help. No one greeted us. The staff was on their phones watching music youtube videos of someone named bossman dee dee low. Went across the hallway at Champs and spent $500 dollars of shoes instead.

I ordered shoes online from FinishLine, they were to big, but I was able to go to JD in the Altamonte Mall and a very nice young man named Will helped me do my return and offered to order the correct size to be delivered directly to my home! I will definitely be back to this location!

Wow !! 🤩 amazing customer service they had A great selection of on cloud shoes and they had exactly my size Which I was very pleased since it’s a hard shoe size to find .. The store associate named WILL Was very helpful and very courteous i had a 10 dollar coupon that I forgot to give at checkout and I had to go back to the store and he Still applied the $10 off coupon.. Thank you for your service WILL And every associate was as WELCOMING as WILL !! 🤗

Do not do business with them! Had to return a defective item within a few weeks of purchase and the so called manager told me couldn’t accept it as the shoe was not in the box with the price tag attached and was used!! Wonder why one buys shoes and not wear it!! Be aware of return policy as there’s no return if you take it out of the box and use it even once!!

I really loved my experience at JD Sports, normally I don’t like shoe shopping but all the wonderful guys there made it easy. I mostly spoke with Hunter and he was amazing. He checked sizes for me on every shoe I asked about. He answered all my questions . Gave me advice on shoes. Even signed me up for the rewards program. 10/10 definitely will be returning to make future purchases.

Shawn did a great job taking care of my husband and I when we bought two pairs of ON Cloud shoes! He was patient when trying on so many different pairs! You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee!!

I love this place! Customer service is excellent. Store is always organized and clean. I can write tons of reviews about this place but yesterday I was looking for something in particular and an employee by the name of Will made the extra effort to help me out and got me exactly what I wanted. He was so pleasant. Thank you JD staff for always putting the extra efforts with good attitudes.
You guys never disappoint. Will definitely see yall again.
