I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in, did not have anyone ask me if I needed help and when I look around the employees are on their phones or having personal conversations with each other. When I went up to ask for some help with a shoe size, the employee tells me yes but continued to talk to his coworkers and did not go get my size from the back until he was done conversing and joking around with multiple coworkers. I definitely wouldn’t shop here again.

When school shopping at this location on Sunday around 4pm the guys their was very rude having a personal conversation at the register very unprofessional lost a $300 dollars sale because of lack of communication in poor customer service the young lady that was working with them also didn’t make the situation any better she condole in their poor service my 14 year old daughter ask the guy At the register what was the price of a book bag he replied to her the price is in the bag than look at the guy at the register that was counting the draw down in rolls his eyes so I caught him rolling his eyes at my 14 year old child In disagree with his behavior towards my child in the guy at the register with locks in his head reply’s he off the clock me as a customer I don’t no who’s off the clock or not because I don’t work for the company but I new he was a employee and was asking for service because he was behind the counter I will never shop here again the young lady that was ringing me out me and her both had direct eyes contact because she was in a mist of a sales with me reply’s he didn’t roll his eyes at her lie for him in condone in his mis-behavior you guys have to fine better sales associate I’m a store manager in I definitely honor great customers service I really hope you all look in to this general manager

Every time we go to this store the coupons never work very conveniently. Yesterday we went school shopping as many other hundreds of families did as well. We purchased a pair of sneakers went to the counter and had our coupon loaded onto the app. The cashier said oh no you can't use that because unfortunately it is not working. It's not just you. It's everybody. There's nothing we can do. Despite the fact that we give this company so much business and that they were unwilling to help the community in hard times and for crying out loud it was just a $5 coupon we will no longer be shopping there.

This was such a unexpectedly great shopping experience. From the time we walked in, Leah greeted us and took care of everything we needed, while still helping other customers! Employers like her deserve the best, as she went above and beyond for us. Thank you Leah!

Wow, I had the best experience today at JD Sports in Altamonte Mall. I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everyone was so friendly. Trev was very helpful and patient with me as I was searching for the right pair of shoes to make an exchange. Everyone was willing to get me whatever shoe size I needed. I did not feel rushed at all and found exactly what I was looking for. This store knows what they are doing! I will definitely be back for my next pair! Thank you.

Was unaware that Jd Sports is buying out most of Finishline stores as sad as it is to hear, but on my first visit to Jd Sports I have to say I was at least impressed by Trev at the Altamonte store. On the search for some bigginer woman's basketball shoes he was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with what I was looking for. Thanks for the help.

The staff was very helpful and the establishment was very clean and easy to fine merchandise. Trev santos and Shawn were great and helping me with my questions. Anytime you’re in the area. You have to stop in!

Tyler was the man. We asked him to get like 6 different pairs of shoes and his customer service skills stayed at a 10/10 the entire time. Great selection but better service.

7/17/22 Update: we called the customer service number as requested by ow er reply and explained the situation. We’re told “sorry, nothing we can do”. Zero stars. Save the headache and shop elsewhere.Admittedly, this type of shoe isn’t my normal area of expertise (I’m more of a Birkenstocks type human), but today, my 16 year old dropped $180 of HIS earned money on a pair of Jordans. Upon getting them home, he discovered, were destroyed. They look like rodents chewed them. In some places, it’s nearly all the way through. He called (sadly didn’t get a name but 7/14/22 in the afternoon), and was told “nothing we can do man” and “if we trade out those from another pair, we screw someone else”. Huh? Sooo, it’s ok to “screw” the 16 year old kid spending his own cash, but not the next person? How about you get new laces from Nike or whoever you get the shoes from? After that call, I explained to call back and ask to speak to a mgr because that just seemed absurd to me. Same guy answers phone “yo, what’s up?” Errrr. Ok. Super professional. He tells my son he “is a mgr and every mgr is going to tell him the same thing”.Moral of the story: there are far too many other places to buy shoes in person and online to buy them someplace that is ok with selling defective items and being able to “do nothing” about it. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

At first i was being helped by a kind and respectful sales rep named santos. He helped find a shoe that best accommodated my needs. I was needing a shoe perfect for running and santos found the last pair my size on display. On top of them being display upon further inspecting them i notice a flaw in the fabric that is significantly noticeable so i ask nicely for a reduced price or discount and jorge the manager immediately dismisses me saying he will not be able to because the “shoes are black” even though they were obviously affected by being on display and being touched around and tried on. It begins me asking politely to work with me and take into consideration what i was saying but instead jorge continued arguing with me and proceeded to get rude when i asked for a manager and told me he was the manager. Im not one to leave reviews over little things but come on, work with your customers i come here all the time to get shoes and get treated like this? Horrible experience i will be going to FootLocker

My boyfriend and I come here once a week almost. The staff here is great and always willing to help you. Very patient and knowledgeable.I was seeking a specific style sneaker and Shawn White offered to call another location and see if they had them in stock for us. He went above and beyond. The manager is always willing to help as well. Very grateful for these people. This staff knows customer service!
