Very messy inside, and it's a hit or miss with the electronics. Ended up returning one of four items because it was broken. Needs to be a common theme here where 20% of the time the electronics don't work. I ended up having to return my headphones. Otherwise great store for gifts and little toys for kids.

Literally worst customer service I've ever experienced I called and it's 20 mins until closing a Spanish woman answered the phone and I asked if she could possibly hold an item id come right away and grab it I live 10 mins away. To help make sure I didn't have to go looking bc they're closing she said no I can't do that sorry. Such an attitude for no reason at all.

I have shopped Five Below for years ! After my experience today I will no longer be shopping at a five below. I found fresh pet scooper set ! The shelf was marked 5.55 and the product had no sticker or price indicated That was anything more what sign said . I went purchase the product and it rang up $10! I got manager and showed her the picture. She rudely said it’s not that way . They don’t stand by their prices and poor management/ customer Service.

I have shopped Five Below for years ! After my experience today I will no longer be shopping at a five below. I found fresh pet scooper set ! On February 25th 2024 around 5:55pm, I was shopping at five below and the latina employee racially profiled me. As I was approaching the check out area, she says to me “ I can help you scan your items” I said no but she proceeded to take the items out of my hand anyways.Then a hispanic lady approached the check out area and then 2 Caucasian men did as well; the employee did not ask or tell either one of them that she would help them scan their items out, in fact she stepped back from the area.You tell me what that looks like..

I come to this store often but this time i had a weird interaction. when i was ready to check out, i started walking up to self check out and the employee said that he can get me checked out, grabbed the few items i had in my arms and started scanning and bagging them. i did not ask for this nor was i given the option. it made me uncomfortable.
