Nasty attitude and service. Incompetent at the register. Every other store in the mall was amazing, but this one.
Wouldn’t utter a hello, thank you, nothing but an eye roll.

I went today to return an online purchase. Tisha, the manager and another young lady assisted me. They are very nice and helpful. Great customer service I highly recommend shopping at Forever21 in Altamonte Mall.

I never even knew they had a plus size section in this store. My first time going upstairs and they had mom jeans on sale for $7. Here's the kicker...I'm normally a size 20 but the Jean's ran so big, I was able to get into a size 16. Yesssss....to the mom Jean's for $7!!

Today January 11/022 the worst costumer service in that place. The pregnant girl and the other cashier in the afternoon shift. I spend almost $400 in last December. Hanged the clothes in my wardrobe and today i pulled jacket with the security pin. Neither went i left at that time or today when i went in the store the security pin worked. When i told them to remove it they insist in the Invoice. How i will keep an Invoice from December specially because i never do that. But i have. forever card, but they insist I didn’t buy it, didn’t want to remove it and there isn’t point to keep it if I won’t be able to use. So i left it in the cashier place. Why they can’t just check in their system with my card. They should be a record of your purchase, but when miserable has complex like these two ladies, and believe they have the power, there isn’t point to have no even a discussion. Is a waste of time. Forever21 you should hire better and more educate people and trained for costumer service too.

Mother's beware! They won't let you in the dressing room with your under age daughter and have a man attending!!! I asked the age at which mothers weren't allowed with their daughters and he said there is no age. So basically he picks and chooses! I said, well I'm buying... so how do I know if I approve of the clothes or not. They make the kids come completely out the dressing room to show. Ridiculous. No thanks. I'll shop elsewhere
