  Long story short, don’t come here for trading or exchanging games, they will rip you off in front of your face. I bought a game full price brand new and tried to exchange it literally the next day for two games well under 70$ combined and they told me a 30$ game is a fair exchange for 70$ game. Their return policy is terrible and their not honest, the associate made it seem as if he is doing me a favor by “exchanging the game” when he easily could have let me return it for a full refund, so I can get both. I hope they shut this place down next generation. These people are greedy for money!

  Amazing store display. Great customer service. Employees Ronaldo and the other employee were very helpful and nice. Interaction was fantastic. Definitely recommend shopping in this store. Service is 20/10

  I bought gifts. Two days later I returned the item I did not want. The item was on clearance but not marked as such and in the middle of 100 other items. Game Stop will not accept the return. I escalated the issue to store manager and customer service and was denied the return. DO NOT BUY FROM GAME STOP BEFORE CHECKING THEIR RETURN POLICY.

  Today I was on a mission to get a PS5 disc edition.. I live in deltona so I went to the orange city GameStop to trade my stuff in and purchase… Well they didn’t have the system and sent me to Lake Mary to get the system and do the trades.. I get to lake Mary and they inform me they do not actually have the system I want so I then get sent to altamonte which when you google it the first store is not altamonte it’s actually Casselberry so now I’m an hour into the adventure and finally get sent towards the right store… I walk in to verify they have the system that I was told was on hold and they did.. So I started hauling all my stuff in which was three systems and like 35 games ! I will say Izzy was super friendly, super helpful and dealt with me for an hour while testing everything and making sure it worked! I will also say the manager was there of the store and she was super friendly and any questions we had she answered right away and were able to laugh and chat while this whole process took place! I work in customer service and this experience at this store turned the day around and I am VERY HAPPY with GameStop again and this was a definite comeback experience! Thank you Izzy and I believe Chrissy or Chris the manager!

  Place was dirty, unorganized, employee had their kids running around the store(unprofessional) prices are too high(compared to Walmart next door). I was very displeased and would never go to this game stop again.

  Attempted to get a refund for a defective controller GameStop sent me and Anthony refused to help. I called the customer service line and they didn’t understand why the store wouldn’t do the refund. I went to the Apopka location and they instantly did my refund and were extremely nice about it.

  My partner and I have been victims of poor customer service at this location. The employees here used to be great, but new employees have been prone to laughing at us and talking down to us whenever we've asked simple questions. I would recommend going to another location like Apopka.

  Tried reaching out throughout the day by phone to never be answered and when I show up at their store before they close according to Google they tell me they just changed their hours due to some obscure summer hours change and now close an hour earlier, which would have been nice to know but they never answered their phone.
