I took my macbook air m1 in today and they did a geat job!!! It took about 5 minutes and they fixed the issue. It was minor fix and i was on my way. Thanks guys i will def use you in the future.

Unable to resolve problem with laptop unable to communicate with cell phone and Uniden scanner radio thru USB hookups. I paid a non refundable fee for nothing.

I had an appointment and I was seen on time. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Did what was needed to get my cellphone operational again. What a relief!

I took my computer here after my monitor displayed a no signal message. When I told the young man at the front counter the issue I was having, he said they did not work on monitors. I asked him if he can check out the tower. He plugged the tower up to their monitor and it had the same message. After he took it to the back for the technician to look at it, he came back and told me that there's nothing that they can do for it and it's 12 to 15 years old. I ended up taking my computer to Refresh Computers in Longwood. It was diagnosed that a few wires were loose and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I will never go back to this store again and I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service here. Please hire better technicians!

What a waste of my time. I needed my battery replaced in my iPhone. Apple’s site offered the option of going to Best Buy. After scheduling an appointment through the Apple site (with my iPhone model and serial number available) I show up on time to find that they don’t have a battery. They suggested I go to the Apple Store which I could have done already had I known my visit to Best Buy would have been a waste. Lesson learned!

I went there for a battery replacement, and they broke my Taptic Engine while fixing the battery replacement. So after they replaced the Taptic Engine it still didn’t work, so went back again then they said if you want to fix it bring it to Apple because we’re going to both charge money anyways, even though they broke it in the first place.

Went in for a warranty replacement for my Airpod Pros. I was told they would do the replacement there and they even called the morning of the appointment date to confirm what I needed. When I arrived they said they had limited stock so they would not do the replacement and the only other option is sending them in to Apple, however if I chose that option I would have to pay first. I told them it was covered under warranty and they still refused and wanted me to pay. They then said go to an Apple store and have them do it. They did not care at all for my time or inconvienence to me. Very poor attitudes with the employee and manager. Will not return.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR COMPUTER! I accidentally unplugged my 5 month old computer in the middle of an update. The computer still worked but would take about 30 minutes to work through a grey screen of annoyance. However, it STILL worked. I dropped it off to them to correct it, said they would back everything up then repair it. This will be my 3rd visit now (2 days of work at a time even with "priority") and it STILL takes 10 minutes to startup AND they managed to lose my entire C-drive! Seems they only backed up my downloads. EVERYTHING is gone.
