I recived an email about nugenix bogo half so i went to the store i was told that was a independent owned store and they have other rules when i even showed the email to them.
They said they didnt honor the bogo on that.
So i asked for the manager or owner to call me and he did a few hours later telling me that he would go out of business if he would give me buy one get one half price and he also said he could do what ever he wanted as far as proces when i told him that i was filing a complain with gnc.
I called 2 more stores and they all said that they had that sale going on and i could go there to the store and buy it.
This altamonte store is terrible with the owners attitude.

Always great service here, never too busy! Literally the opposite of the one in Altamonte Mall, which has THE worst, most unfriendly service in the history of vitamins. Best time to go is on the weekends!

I was refused an exchange. After contacting corporate I learned that they are not following GNCs policies. Because they are franchise.Go to the GNC inside the Altamonte Mall instead. Lawrence is awesome.

Terrible service and strongly discourage customers from coming to shop here. The old man clearly has no clue of what he is doing and he is rude and disrespectful as well. Either he does not know anything about his software or he pretends he doesn’t so he doesn’t have to give you your rewards that you earn by shopping GNC. He took the phone and pretended he was talking on the phone even when he didn’t press any buttons or even wait to talk like the other end picked up right away. When he stared at the computer enough and saw my reward points, he said the computer would not take it and said that they don’t take many of the discounts. On top of that, he said: “let me get you out of here and take care of someone else”. Extremely unprofessional and not a bit polite. In all fairness, I understand that this is a franchise, as he told me himself, and rules do not apply the same way in this store, but I hardly think that a place like this should even be considered. I have known GNC for a multitude of years and worked it for more than 5. I was there when they transitioned to the points program as well and am extremely familiar with the system. It is super easy to honor your points and coupons if the staff just tries. If I could rank this place negatively, I would not hesitate one bit.

I only called this store with a question and this guy is a character. Totally sweet. What a great personality. And they accept Amazon packages you want delivered there.

The store is great and everyone is friendly until you want to do a return, then they show you they’re rude and incompetent! Would not recommend this location

Bad sales tactics at this store. Been a member for over 10 years and they told my fiance that she couldn't use my rewards coupon because I need to activate it and that they couldn't help her and she had to pay the full price. My fiance question the salesman at this store and he denied helping her. I contact the store once I found out and the same person lied to me on the phone saying that he offered to activate my coupon so she can use it and that my fiance didn't want to use it and offered to pay full price. Ofcourse that's not what happened . Horrible service just to make an extra buck your willing to loose a long time customer with a lie. I have always used my reward couponds without me or store employee ever questioning an activation in order to use it norsaying they can't activate something at the store level .
