So I just recently cut my own hair into a pixie but I needed a shape up and edge I watch tik tok and it said all the girls are going to Great Clips I've been debating for weeks bit it's always been just hair for me so last Fri on a break in between jobs I said wth as soon as I walked in i was greeted by Ashley after taking my info straight to the chair she listened suggested it was just such a great experience and like she told me the right cut it was going to lay right and it did I just want say ty and I'm on my reclaiming my time in life they were friendly and efficient I just don't have alot of time to be in the salon all day again Ashley ty so much see u soon

I received the worst hair cut of my entire life from this place. The chair was still spinning as she was hacking away at my hair, she could barely create a center part, she never checked to see if everything was even, and in less than 10 minutes the nightmare was over. I thought I could trust her hair cutting skills on at least a trim, but no, I was very wrong. I’d post a picture but I’m far too embarassed. Absolutely horrible, please head my warning. I wish I would have never gone in that day
I did reach out to your customer service- and your customer service told me to reach out to you. The real story of my nightmare with you all… I’m not playing ring around the rosie with your HORRRRRRIBLE company, you’re lucky I’m too embarrassed to leave a photo of how horrible my hair STILLL LOOOOKS, and NOOOO I don’t wanna come back in so you can BUTCHER my hair some more- thanks anyways!!!!!

Went to this Great Clips location for the first time and had an amazing experience! Amanda was super detail orientated and confirmed multiple times on the length and my expectations. She shampooed my hair twice and it felt so nice. She was awesome to chat with but her attention to detail was stand out. She checked the length multiple times to make sure it was all even. Usually I feel like people rush to move onto the next but she really took her time. Great service. Thanks Amanda, I will be back!

Borderline unusable now since Ginger left! My experience was, I went in, let her know I was looking for Ginger, she seemed annoyed already at that fact and continued to implore me to sit down and try things out with her. I told her about the inspiration and the techniques that I knew previously Ginger had specialized in, then was lectured for 5 minutes straight about how “I don’t even know what youre talking about, ive been doing hair for 15 years so you have nothing to worry about”. - that was never one of my concerns, my concern was the specific style that had inspired my previous cuts that I’d happily enjoyed from Ginger for two years now. I was borderline on asking to get up and leave, because I was so upset about my hairdresser’s combative and defensive attitude. I was able to calm down enough and accept that I wasn’t going to get the style that I came in for, because I don’t know her or trust her now to do something so tasteful and skilled. Nothing crazy, whatsoever I just have long layered hair with a shorter piece of my back layer thats still growing out. I wanted to get my ends trimmed and have my layers freshened up, maybe even go for something a little more stylized. Im glad I did not. I chose to simply go with having my ends trimmed and made sure to say “thank you” to calm any previous tension down that was still hanging in the air. The whole salon is tense now, my stylist was overworked and had to put my hair up three separate times to answer the phone and yell over at customers and coworkers to communicate. It was unprofessional, and nothing I’d ever witnessed or experienced in this salon in all of the two years I’d been there. My stylist even took a call asking if Ginger was there while I was in the seat, I thought that was so funny. Overall, she didn’t butcher my hair, but I made sure to say a prayer before my cut started so, only Lord knows how much that really carried the haircut. 😂 BUYER BEWARE

This Gateway great clips is the best great clips in the area. They have a tenured staff and no matter who cuts my hair it turns out good. Way better than the winter park location that one is hot garbage.
