  My terrible hair cut hopefully is a warning call to others as an avoidable experience—
  
  My cut was performed by Kathryn—who buzz cut short hair into a botched pixie. A Tremendously unforgiving cut for any female over the age of 35. What’s more horrific, manager Leslie finally returned my repeated calls only after contacting Great Clips corporate. My request was for $20 refund for my hair cut tragedy. This was denied by manager Leslie on the grounds that it took 6 weeks to get her to call me back.
  Alas, I am now 6+months out before I grow hair back to where I was at the time I miserably walked into this salon.
  Think about it!
  If I would have just paid $80 at a true professional salon I would have saved money in trim cut fees and a half of year.

  They don’t know how to cut hair I wasn’t sure what I was going for but that is why I figure I should pay them to help me out but instead they just barely cut my hair and charged me $25 for 5 minutes of “work” geez could’ve burned my money at home

  3/20 update: $19 for Basic Haircut at this place now. Unfortunately I did not know until after the fact, so I had to pay the inflated price. Would have left had I know before hand, but don’t think they are over advertising the increase. Maybe they are using the extra cash to pay the winner of their March Madness contest?Just a heads up. This location does not utilize the Great Clips Online Check in system consistently. :(
