Love our new furniture! Wonderful, friendly staff. Sandra did a fantastic job designing a plan for our home, and we didn’t need to hire an interior decorator! Thank you, Sandra! You’re so very talented and wonderful to work with.
Furniture prices are reasonably priced. The only drawback was the accessories which we liked but were a bit overpriced. :(
Again, we love our new dining and living room furniture and purchases!! Thank you all for making it a superb experience . ❤️

My family has been going to Haverty for their furniture for many years now especially with four boys that are all on their own and needing furniture at one time or another. Now it is my turn and the family told me to go and see Ken Wilson at the Altamonte Springs location. What a wonderful person Ken is!! He has a incredible eye for design and putting things together specially when I had a challenge finding a rug and he helped me find the RUG 👀 to pull my entire furniture look together‼️ Ken is patient, professional, creative and FUN‼️ Thank you Ken for an incredible shopping experience and assisting me with all my new furniture!

My sales , Randa was awesome! I took my 81 year-old mother in to get a chair. She's very fussy and picky and choosy. Miranda was so patient with her and so informative and so helpful during the process my mother picked the chair of her choosing. I'm very grateful to Randa for all of her help she is an excellent sales agent for Havertys

Always a pleasure shopping at Havertys. The staff is professional and highly attentive to your needs although the furniture price is high the quality is good. I’ve been a Havertys client for many years and will continue to shop there.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new couch today! Ken was super knowledgeable and helped us choose matching fabrics for the pillows. He even staged the attached photo :) Would highly recommend, best furniture buying experience I’ve had.

After spending $650 on a Guardsman Gold Plan that's supposed to cover most damages and being denied by them, Ken the store manager and Michael the office manager came through and just delivered a brand new recliner to replace the damaged one.Haverty's and their employees have restored our faith in humanity and we'll be lifelong customers, Thank You!

I've recently worked with the team over at Haverty's in Altamonte Springs and needed to take a minute to sing their praises... We decided this time to work with Sandra their in-house Designer who was wonderful at listening to what my wife and I envisioned for our living room project. She was attentive, easy to talk to and very respectable to our home upon visiting. She is great at what she does and we look forward to working with her again.
The true star of the show for us is Joel. Anyone in customer service can put on a smiling face and attentive attitude on a normal show room visit but when there are complications and changes needed (nothing based on Haverty's end, but rather our own) this is where we saw how caring and how true Joel was to us as customers. As picky and as undeciding we were at times, Joel never made us feel like a burden and he kept encouraging us to do what was right for us. He spent hours with us on the phone and on the showroom floor trying to help us, always remaining enthusiast which made for a great experience. He stayed like that with us for months as we worked through our living room project and for that I will ALWAYS go back to Joel.
Thank you so much Haverty's for helping us put together our home room by room. We look forward to coming back and working with Joel and Sandra again!
