Customer service sucks. Also they are not military friendly. They had nobody size and had an attitude to get shoes in the back. I will never make another purchase at this store!!

Not sure why people complain about returns here. My dad got my son shoes and they were slightly too small. Bought them online so he gave me the order number. They took them back no problem and ordered the right size to be shipped to my house. No issues. The woman helping me was friendly not really talkative but it was the morning after new years eve so I don't blame her. Overall great experience.

Poor customer service from the store in Altamonte Mall. My daughter bought a pair of Nikes for me for Christmas, but they were too small. She went in to do an exchange and was told that the shoes were worn. I called the store (she is a minor and they may have just not done the return because of that. That is what I thought). At first they told me she did not have proof of purchase. She had lost the receipt but had proof in her account. When I quoted their return policy as not needing a receipt for an exchange, I was told by “the manager “ that the shoes were damaged. I tried them once on Christmas Day!!! Please do not shop at this store.

I won’t recommend the store in general , specifically the one in Altamonte mall, but mainly due to their policy for returns or exchanges. Receipts want indicate their policy returns and exchanges. When I called the store regarding the defect on the pair of shoes I purchased at their store manager suggested that there’s nothing she can do since I wore the shoe and they don’t offer return or exchanges. She simply referred me to a Nike manufacture. Once I contact Nike and explained my situation, they were in shock how it was miss handled by one of their contracted stores. They were kind to help me with the return but it cost over $20 to ship to the manufacture warehouse. So if you want to protect your investment just in case if there is a defect, do not shop at Hibbett Sports and take your business elsewhere, where the returns and exchanges policies, a clear and informed at the purchase time.

I would say I will have to agree with the comments below as I entered the store today for the first time I didn't also get no acknowledgment there were four boys that was on the floor they were on their phones laughing and talking with each other walked around the whole store still know acknowledgment watch others come in as well didn't see them acknowledge them as well as they still was on their phones laughing I assume they are doing good in business and don't need sales

Wish I could rate it below a one.. terrible service.Im from NYC and this place still tops the worst sneaker store,store in general.This store defines LAZY.Close early open late ALL the time.The sneakers on the website aren't even in store tho it clearly says it is.The store associates, mostly all of them,sloth slow don't wanna be there.Ask for a sneaker size thy act like it's a favor to get them from you the "Do I have to" mentality.Please don't fall for the,"we always open on time it's just our system "they at this everyday.The entire mall would be open except them.Super lazy,super unprofessional..the lowest form of sneaker shopping.

The manager Brittany is rude and seems to run the employees and store how she wants it to be ran. When entering into the store I never receive any kind of service or help from anyone except for the Spanish male employee. None of the women employees acknowledge me when entering the store and they are always rude or disrespectful when inquiring about a shoe. Yesterday, I went in to purchase a shoe and was not helped then was told that I could not purchase the item. Today I went into the store and again the manager refused my purchase. Today an actual employee was trying to help me and she instructed them to not do so, and that she will take of my purchase… no purchase was made as she requested my information on paper illegally.

Do not go there on a day that the manager Brittany is not working because she will make up her on rules. I called corporate and corporate tried calling the store and she we back to answer the phone but to put it on hold so that corporate could not reach her. This is very unprofessional on any standard.
