Will never shop here again…. I saw a skirt I was wanting to purchase and there were two sizes left .. mine (size small) happened to be on the mannequin. This was exactly what I was shopping for… manager was very rude and refused to let me buy the skirt. I was polite despite her refusing to take it off the mannequin and replace it with the larger size :/ I had money to spend. Refusing a sale as a manger without any reason is wrong. I hope H&M’s brings a manager with more hospitality and good customer service to this location,.

The store is neatly set up with plenty of merchandise.
Sales going all the time. Could use more personnel but the existing employees are very helpful.

Staff were not extra helpful.Fitting rooms were crowded and messy.Clothing on clearance is not sorted by size.

I almost gave it 5 stars but it seems to me that this store in the Altamonte Mall does not have much variety in men's clothing, although they have very good prices and what they have is cool
