I wanted to take a moment to thank Isaiah, Roger, and Bonnie for their outstanding customer service this morning. I went in to look at a water heater and ended up exploring tankless options. What I thought would be a small project quickly grew into a much bigger task, but thanks to their knowledge and expertise, I learned so much in such a short time.
They went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision and took the time to ease my concerns. Even though I’m without hot water until Saturday, they truly put my mind at ease and made this experience a positive one. I really appreciate all of you!

Sometimes the associates are very helpful. However we have ordered appliances here and the most recent one they didn’t even knock on our door to let us know they were here. My phone was in the room and they just called from the truck. Had they knocked on the door I’m literally home. So annoying as I already threw away my old washer and dryer and now the new delivery is not until a week from now. When I called the number she said they should have knocked and left a door tag so I looked and nothing. I have a pit bull in the home that would have barked if they even approached the door. So I know they did not approach nor knock.

Horrible i cane to get a key made you have two workers being lazy you have people waiting their key maids and y’all just lazy as hell just standing there. I gotta understand the man. I have a lot of keys, but there’s two of you guys and there’s people waiting and you could help somebody out but dis not waited almost 20 min then walked off thought they would be smart ppl but they dumb workers to me

I like Home Depot in general however this store always seems small and disorganized. Not messy, just not laid out very well.
This one does have a tool rental department so that is nice.
About average staff knowledge and quantity to help out.

I usually rent their trucks at least once a week. The trucks are great but they are not clean at all. I usually find everything you can imagine inside of it.
