My son had went in with $60.00 hot cash earned from spending $150.00 the store only used one of the hot cash coupons for $15.00 and charged him $40.00 cash on hand and threw out the $45.00 hot cash remaining went to customer service absolutely no help as they can’t do anything with in store purchases.

I’m not a big person with writing negative reviews always putting in a good 5 stars but I will say I was very disappointed with ordering from here I received my stuff damaged I ordered 6 funkle pops and 4 of them were damaged very upset!!

Came in January 25th and the manager was absolutely amazing and gave the best service ever!! Cannot recommend enough. Go shop and spend money here!

My teen daughter loves shopping at this store. The employees are so helpful and nice. The store is always busy, and it’s kind of small, but the customer service is the best! We love shopping here.

Growing up as a hot topic kid, this store is kinda lame lol. But honestly it's always so packed with people and merchandise you can't even walk around and look at anything. They need to do a better job of organizing the store.

While the merch itself can be hit or miss with me, as I'm not exactly their target demo any more, the service here has always been top notch. Pricing is good especially with the numerous sales and discounts they tend to offer.
