5 stars because of Angela! She always helps me when I need it and as a business owner THAT is what is important to me. The relationships are what sets banking apart from being a commodity. I feel Angela is someone I can trust who has my best interest in mind.
This banks procedures are quite frankly not up to par in terms of protecting customers from wire fraud regarding real estate transactions. When I asked the other banker, who I believe was senior, he kind of dismissed my concerns. Angela, however, understood that simply calling the phone number ON the wire instructions is not safe at ALL because fraudsters obviously send fake wire instructions out with their account number on it and are waiting for your call. The other banker did NOT understand or seem to care and that did not make me feel safe as someone who frequently purchases real estate and sends multiple wires a month. Angela is the only reason I am still with this bank.

We want to say that dealing with Wanda Weirich at the Altamonte Springs branch has been a delightful experience. She helped us tremendously in setting up an account for us and our daughter. She is an extremely nice person and always keen on solving all of our issues. A very different experience from other banks we’ve dealt with.

I tried to open a business account and apparently there were issues doing that with their online tool. The online group recommended that I go to a local branch to validate my identification. The teller kept asking me what was the purpose of my business! I began to feel like I was answering the question with the wrong answer. She discussed with her manager and the manager proceeded to tell me they could not open an account for me but she really didn’t seem interested in telling me why or fixing whatever issue they may have found. She walked back into her office as if my business was not worthy or fake. This is a small bank and I thought they would want to help small business. I’d rather pay a monthly fee if I know I will be treated with respect. Thanks but no thanks Iberia Bank.

Horrible service ! I came in to this branch because my employer had pay roll issues and had to issue us written checks . My previous employees had there check cashed with out a fee on Friday I came in that Monday to get mine cashed due to me not being at work and she lied in my face and said the policy was effective as of last week . which wasn’t true you just cashed everyone’s check with out an fee and then tried to charge me . This was not manangement but a regular dishonest bank teller. You could hear the trimble in her voice for her to find the words to just lie like this in front of my face like a modern day thief ! I drove an hour away to be turned around like a dog ! I wouldn’t come back here because if they would lie in my face like that about a minor fee they will lie about anything else !!
