I had a great experience at Images Auto Spa. Raul was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Despite arriving 15 minutes before closing (I didn't know the hours, this was an impromptu stop), Raul patiently answered all of my questions to help me get the best package for my needs. My car looked amazing when they were finished! I will definitely be returning to get my car cleaned here.

After hearing so much about this place I decided to get my SUV detailed. I was blown by the whole experience. From the customer service to the level of detail on the job itself I was thoroughly impressed! Harry and the whole team are phenomenal.

I’ve gone here for years…they now make you clean your car out before they are supposed to clean your car out. Plus the last 3 photo show the incredibly poor job they do at cleaning the interior.

This place has earned its bad reviews. Over priced for terrible service. I originally got a membership last week and both the manager + the other gentleman were very nice - maybe they were just trying to sell me. Today I dealt with one of the "partners" and I will never step foot back in this place. Zero customer service, rude, condescending. Not to mention, they don't do a great job cleaning the car for $40. Save yourself the time and hassle - DEFINITELY give your business to someone else! There are many small businesses to support in the area, don't give these guys your money!

Took my girls car here to be cleaned a super clean at that and it was not done properly and I recommended them terrible look ended up wiping down the interior properly ourselves

After paying $53, for the ultimate cleaner inside and out the attendant said that they will clean the inside very well and it will take 45 minutes. The job was done in less than 30 minutes and the inside still had dirt. I was not satisfied at all. I wanted at least some money back. They did better the work again This is my second visit.

Oh my goodness!! I went here a couple weeks ago and they did not do a good job. So I decided to go on a different day.. Doug and Ted were absolutely awesome! My car looks great and smells good! They were not only comforting regarding my apprehension from last time, but their customer service was above and beyond. I’ll definitely be going back on Wednesdays!!

This was my second visit to Images and my experience was even better than the first (which was excellent, btw)Long story short, I went in for an engine bay cleaning because mine was filthy. I was greeted by Raul who quickly got my vehicle checked in and directed me to the waiting area.Melvin began my detailing service shortly after. The process took an hour-- this included a complimentary exterior wash in addition to an interior vacuum. I've never had it cleaned before, but I'll definitely get into the habit of having it done periodically now. They did a PHENOMENAL job. I forgot to take a "before" photo, but my car is a 2012, so they had over a decade of filth and grime to work with. All in all, it was a top-tier experience. Glad I decided to return to Images for my automotive detailing needs.
