For Christmas time, the place was surprisingly quiet and fairly empty, almost like a ghost town. I found it a bit challenging to track down someone who could help me out with what I needed.

Cashier told me if I apply for JCPenney card, I would receive 35% off of my purchase and it's good for 24 hours. AFTER I applied, she told me I couldn't use it on my purchase because it was a name brand (Levis) She should have told me that b4 I applied, as I would NOT have. It was very misleading and because of that, it's gonna be another decade b4 I shop at JCPenney again. And I'll be returning my purchase, Kohls has the same exact brand and they are NOT misleading.

I’m kinda of disappointed that the Big and Tall section doesn’t have a good variety of stylish shirt styles like the smaller/“normal” size men department's! Especially, since the store is owned by Dr. Shaquille O’Neal ed.D. I guess I’ll have to find/ settle for other things to buy in the store with my Born Day gift card. Disappointed big man again. 😔

Prices on sale items ring up much higher. If you can't honor the price, take off the darn tags! Super rude associate didn't even look up from her register. This place has really gone downhill.
