“This review is a long time coming but LeJeans made a beautiful white gold pendant as a gift for my daughter's Master's graduation. I created the design using the Florida Gulf Coast University mascot Eagle logo. LeJeans was able to take my rudimentary drawing and recreate it into a beautiful pendant that was exactly what we were hoping for. They worked with us to approve the design and completed the piece in time for her graduation at a very reasonable price. The workmanship was exceptional and the care they took in creating the piece was beyond expectations. My daughter has worn the piece since receiving it 3 years ago and loves it. “I went to see Joe Firmani of Certified Gem Lab to get my engagement ring, wedding ring and anniversary band appraised. Not only is Joe an expert among experts he is trustworthy and offers fair pricing for appraisals. He genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge of diamonds and gems and is one of the nicest guys. I had so many questions about emeralds and he answered every single one of them. I had jewelry appraised many years ago at a local jewelry store and it was a quick in, here’s you paperwork and you’re out. Joe takes his time to inspect every little detail under his gemological microscope to ensure he thoroughly evaluates every diamond and gem. The report he provides is an official appraisal with seal so I will have no problem submitting the appraisal to my insurance company to cover my rings. Thank you, Joe, for your kindness, expertise, your time and the education on gems.
