The executives of this store are extremely rude to employees and most of the positive things about the store are pushed by lower employees that are shunned for doing exactly that. Not to mention my vehicle was damaged on the property by a landscaper and the people who I worked for, who were supposed to have my back, were instead telling me good luck with whatever I figured out. Please avoid this place if you care about employee well-being, at the end of the day we are all employees for one business or another and just trying to make a living.

Spent roughly 1 hour total on site- 30 minutes waiting and 30 minutes for the oil change itself. Technician Julio in particular was great. Very well done.

**SCAM ALERT**
These jokers are the stereotypical picture of the untrustworthy con artists at mechanical garages that will try to confuse people into spending thousands they don’t need to spend. My husband brought in his car for a routine oil change and was told that his turbo charger was out and they tried every tactic to get him to take his car offsite and get it fixed through them, impressing upon him how urgent it was. He was told the issue was causing internal oil leaks to the engine. Once he was able to escape the pressure tactics, he took his car to a reputable dealership for the make of the vehicle. He was told that there was oil leaked into the area but no source of the leak (so this was done by Jiffy Lube to cause issues as part of the scam) and that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car besides the oil needing some clean up. Be on notice, owner, we are pursuing legal options at this juncture. If you’re reading this, do NOT give this poor excuse for a business a single penny. You might unwittingly give more than you bargained for.

They are fast they are efficient. They are not looking to take your money or rip you off. You cannot find a better place for service in my opinion.

They wanted to charge me between $130 to $160 so I went to Walmart and bought a filter and oil for $40 I saved over $100. It took me 30 minutes and you can dump the oil at a local auto parts store. $100 to change your oil to loosen one bolt and drain it in unscrew the filter with your hand

Drained the oil and they realized they did not have the filter. One was delivered 30 minutes later.The extra time I had to wait made me late for an appointment with a client.

Broke down today with 3 dogs and 3 kids in the vehicle. Complete disaster situation. Luckily I pulled into this place. The general manager, Steve cleared out the waiting room and let us sit. The water pump was fixed within an hour or two. The mechanic was super nice and I'm sorry I didn't get his name. In 2024 it's hard to come by good people. These people deserve some recognition.
