While I like Joann Fabrics, some of their policies will cause me to shop elsewhere. I recently was on their app and found a sewing machine on sale and went to the store to purchase. As I was buying the machine I noticed the price was not on sale but full price, which was a difference if $70. I asked if they could honor the online price and was told no. When I asked to return item I was charged a $25 restocking fee. So I now spent $25 and have no sewing machine. Meanwhile I could have place the order on app and picked up in store the same machine that I walked in and purchased. In what upside down world do we live? And mind you even with Joann charging people absurd fees they will still probably close stores this year and loose money to Amazon! Do better Joann Fabrics!

Felt bad for the employees, they were DESPERATELY understaffed, and it showed. Once interactions occurred, they were positive. Thank you for all your hard work, against the obstacles you face, keeping spirits positive goes a long way!

This is a very nice store! They have a HUGE yarn section, which I love as a knitter! There are also so many other great departments! Clean and organized!
