I enjoy shopping in this store but did not like the cashier’s tactic to try and push me to get a credit card from this company telling me I should because of tariffs! Keep your opinions to yourself, ask the question required but don’t bring politics into my shopping experience trying to get a point for getting a cc sign up, this is absolutely ridiculous and not sure I will be back. Please train your employees to do their jobs and leave politics at home.

Manager today is was not helpful at all. It's the holidays, I'm two days past the expiration date on my kohls cash and she couldn't honor it. How nice during the holidays. No longer a frequent shopper.

Be careful purchasing items online. If you have to return them for any reason you will be charged a huge return fee.

My shopping experience at this location store no. 0798 was disappointing. I went wanting the Charlotte Tilbury contour wand. And was able to find my closet color shade. I proceeded at checkout , I was told by the staff member she couldn’t sell me this product due to “high demand”. This specifically wasn’t suppose to be on the floor. Meanwhile I explained there’s more. So I’m confused. She assist I show her. And there were two left on the shelf. So I felt very singled out. Shows me how disorganized this store is. If a product is not supposed to be on the floor while we’re there multiples then? Such a sad reasoning why I couldn’t purchase the product. I won’t be back this location.

Selections in some areas were slim and very much picked over. Difficult to get size needed. Good selection of high rise pants - thank you very much

The women at the Amazon return counters are weird. They complain about previous customers, complain about other employees and complain about how returns are brought back to the store. I never had this experience at Whole Foods. It’s in and out no complaints. I try to avoid coming here for returns. The gentlemen who do Amazon returns are very pleasant.

This kohls is ok. I prefer the one off Narcoossee Rd and Lee Vista, which I feel has a better selection.
