This place is a circus. They completelylost my glucose tolerance test results.Called the location and can’t get an actual person on the phone. I’m going to have to get someone in to investigate this location. Kiosk was broken and employee didn’t even tell anyone so everyone was trying to check in just to find out it was broken.

You’d think a company which runs something as important as lab work would read things in its entirety. They completely disregarded the second page of my lab order and did not conduct any of the necessary tests.Called customer service and a woman by the name of Pam hung up on me.

7:15 am at LabCorp. What a flippin circus!!! Two ladies checking in. One kiosk out of service. No note on broken kiosk to let the patients know it's not working. At least 15-20 people (some family of the patient) in the waiting area or trying to check in. One of the check in ladies repeatedly YELLS out that "It's not working!", referring to the broken kiosk. Mentioned to her that a note indicating such would be nice instead of being yelled at. Response to my statement "Mam, we are busy. When things slow down we'll put a note on it." In an effort to be helpful, my husband tried to turn the machine towards the wall so others coming in would not try to use the broken kiosk, he was also yelled at, being told "Sir don't to do that" .This same person seconds later came out from her work station to help a patient having trouble at the only working kiosk as the line continues to grow, but no note attached to the broken kiosk. Guess that was too much to ask. I took my note pad and pen from my purse, wrote "Out of Order" on sheet of paper. Got a bandaid from my little first aid kit and attached the note to the broken kiosk. Took all of 30 seconds. On top of the broken kiosk, both entry doors at the front of the building are locked. Only way in is if someone inside hears you knocking or you wait outside for someone to exit. We go to this LabCorp all the time. It's not usually THIS bad. Was here close to an hour and at no time did either of the check in ladies come out to put a note on the kiosk. Can only give one star, as today's service was the worst we've ever experienced.

The lack of good communication up front is too disrespectful and rude.

Terrible service. Waits of up to 2 hours even after reserving a spot. Front desk staff is rude and never at the front desk. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

The lady that did my urine drug test had an attitude and I didn't appreciate her tone of voice. Her customer service skills are sorely lacking.

They weren't overly friendly or anything, but they were super fast getting me back (without an appointment) and only poked me once to get blood & that is a great experience in my book.

We arrived there around 7:15 am and checked in electronically, which went smoothly. We did not have an appointment. We waited a little over an hour and they called Ma in. Receptionists was helpful. The lady who took the blood was sweet and efficient. It looks like they are short staffed unfortunately and rheumatoid arthritis ladies there at every busy. They could have a 2-4 extra chairs in the waiting room so older people can sit .

Shut down this location. Unbelievably slow service and lady at front desk has the worst customer service. Apparently they hire anybody. Do yourself a favor and choose any other Lab corp location.

If I could give this location a zero I would. The lady they have servicing the front desk is very very rude. No people skills or manners whatsoever. I walked in at 7:00A.M. and she wouldn’t even look up at me I had to get her attention and the entire time she showed how annoyed she was that a customer needed her assistance. I kindly asked her how long the wait would approximately be and she said well you don’t have an appointment so you’re going to be waiting a long time (mind you all with an attitude). So I proceeded to ask her well can you see if there is any open times tomorrow and she states oh I don’t have access to that..nothing else I unfortunately had to keep asking her questions to find out that you have to book online. So of course I left because I knew I wouldn’t have time to wait that long and just as I pulled out of the parking lot I get a text saying they were ready for me. Fast forward to today Friday 8/25/23 as I had to make an appointment the same lady is at the front and still didn’t look up at anyone who approached her and still just as rude. At first I thought it was issue she might have had with me but she was literally the same way with anyone that approached her. I personally work in the medical field and have been in customer service all my life and was really disgusted by this location. The front desk person represents the face of the location they are the first impression a customer gets once they walk in. This lady is most definitely not making this location look good. By the many bad reviews on this location it seems like Labcorp really can not afford having this kind of employee bringing down the place anymore.

What’s the point of an appointment if we have to wait for an hour. Also, there are so many people with appointments that there’s not enough seats. Standing for ever. They won’t let you sit or stand in the hallway to wait. It’s overcrowded. It’s been 40 minutes and still haven’t called any of us back yet. Don’t book appointments with so many people if you can’t even provide enough seats. No water while you’re waiting. Nothing. All I want is to sit in the hallway on the bench away from an overly crowded room. 14 of us in a small room. We can’t all be seen at 8:30.

Lady at the front desk refusing to help the elderly person in front of the line figure out the express kiosk. Just watched her fumble around for 20 minutes while everyone waited. Finally get signed in, ask for the wait time and her friend said 3 hours as a joke and when I ask again I’m just told to sit down. So all staff left the front desk and started loudly cackling for about 10 minutes instead of assisting anyone. Get rid of these employees.
