Love this store but only go when sales being full figured they are very expensive. I believe her name was Amy she was fantastic offered to help many times. Customer Service was a 10 had them laughing

Stephanie and Andera were so nice and patient with me. Stephanie made me so comfortable asked me what I wanted and how I felt. Thank you Andera for teaching me what comfortable but sexy bras look like. 10/10 customer service.

Went there tonight to get a bra and the associate Andera was so extremely helpful! She helped size me up again for a bra and recommended the best fitting bras! Her customer service was beyond amazing! I can’t wait to go back to shop again! Thank you!

I had the most amazing experience at this store when I went to purchase shapewear for my wedding dress. The clerk was helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly! I wish so had gotten her name, but I was so taken aback by the service I forgot to!

Some stores are a cut above the rest and Lane Bryant in Altamonte is definitely that. To receive the letter that I received from the store manager after my mother and I shopped there really sealed the deal on how much I continue to support Lane Bryant and their products. Thank you for going above and beyond. As a customer it's the simple things that make me want to come back.

As a long time retailer in Women's clothing, including Lane Bryant and Catherine's, I have always looked forward to stopping in to check out the new colors and styles the company is offering. I visited tonight with my wife while she picked out some better fitting pants. As always, I accompany my wife to the dressing room to give her my opinion on fit. There were no signs suggesting there would be an issue with this. After several items tried on, an employee came to check on my wife. I responded that we were good. She told me that I'm not allowed in the dressing room, unless of course if I'm trying on clothes. She asked me to leave the dressing room. I was insulted and offended that I was subjected to judgement based on my gender for an unposted rule (if it really exists, because it never did when I worked there). I sincerely wish there was a different Lane Bryant closer to our house so that we could never visit this location again. This visit has definitely dimmed my view of a normally great company.

Never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism. My mother and I have been shopping at lane Bryant for years and have always had a wonderful employee experience. Today however October 26th at 12:45 I took my 66 year old disabled mother for a birthday shopping spree with the intent of spending a hefty penny. We entered the Altamonte location to no greeting and no offer of assistance. Ok so they’re busy no problem, I was looking for something specific but didn’t want to interrupt the only employee on the floor as she had been chatting at the register with the same customer for ten minutes. my mom walks up to the counter to enter a giveaway and notices the customer next to her being urged by the employee to enter her name more than once. My mom politely asked if we were allowed to enter more than once so that she could do the same. The customer told her “you don’t know how to mind your business? Lady you need to stay in your lane I’m a semi I’ll run you right over” to which my mother said you’re right and walked away, the employee never answered her and just smirked. I happened to be still near the register when I heard this customer then go on to start talking trash about my mother to the employee who did nothing to stop her and instead agreed. A second employee then walks out this one wearing a bright pink t shirt and the customer proceeds to tell her this story as well all the while saying rude comments about my mother while I am standing right behind them. I understand if the customer has no manners but the employees not putting a stop to it and agreeing and laughing with her was truly upsetting. I wish I could say we will be back as we have probably spent thousands in this store over the years but needless to say we put down the couple hundred of merchandise we were planning on buying and walked out. Will never go in this store again I have never been so disgusted by that level of rudeness and unprofessionalism.

"Kia" and Tamara assisted me today with a bra fitting. Both ladies were helpful and sweet! "Kia" checked on me numerous time and really went above and beyond helping me find sizes. I had an enjoyable visit today for sure! Thank you "Kia" and Tamara.

I spend money when I have fun in a store and the staff is willing to help me. I went to the location a few weeks back and was so bored and staff was boring and so unwilling to help. Today the staff u had there for
7-21-24 was fun and helpful and I actually had a good time. And I spent money.....I asked for their names. TAMARA - TEKEYA - STEPHANIE was awesome. My first business trip and I needed to get a new outfit and I would have left if I was bored or they were not willing to help. Since they were willing and laughed and had a good time I stayed. Store 4815 is the store I shop out only if I am having fun. If not I leave and won't be back for a while. Thank u ladies for ur help and the laughter today.
