When I say Gustavo and Ysa are absolutely the best I mean it. We had an important corporate event the next day and they were not only able to make our order happen but did it with a smile. I initially called to ask a few questions even after the 5th call they still were so pleasant and accommodating. I even wanted to offer them a job but he said he appreciates it but loves his job. While he was doing the custom work he even still was helping Ysa with and questions and other customers. Not only was he making it happen for me but also told me about the other offerings they do for corporations. My husband works for a large company and I do as well so he was amazing to tell us about it. We will for sure try and get large orders with this store just because of Gustavo! When I asked what I can do to show my gratitude by reviews he made sure to mention Ysas name too which is so professional to make sure his team is given credit too! You really do have two gems in your store and jealous they don’t work for us! Thank you Gustavo and Ysa!

This is Best store by far that I frequent. Even if I shopping in other area's of the mall I always stop in to show Joey and Gustavo some love and Respect. These two gentlemen always make it a pleasant shopping experience. Instead of just making a sale they take the time to actually interact with the customer's and share a few laughs. I've been shopping at this Lids location for almost 5 yrs and I won't go anywhere else. Joey and Gustavo thank you for always making my shopping experience a pleasure. Much Respect to you both.

I just wanted to show some love to Gustavo and Tiasha at the Altamonte Mall location upstairs. They both greeted me immediately as I walked in with a smile. I made a big purchase customizing a jersey for my nephews birthday and they both went above and beyond to make the process easy and comfortable. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays and I hope your company knows that you have two winners right there. Thank you again and I know that my Nephew will love his new custom jersey! Thank you again!

I wanted to give them five stars because they are literally the only store that has the Jersey I needed for a gift but they were closed when I went to pick it up. They were literally the only store in the mall that was closed. No signs. No lights. Nada. Booo ?

I received a hat as a Christmas gift, I put the hat on one time and it did not fit. I attempted to return this hat and the owner told me this was worn, I explained all I did was put on once and brought it back, the owner then called me a liar and refused to take the hat back. Owner was not checking the items as they were purchased but claimed he did. This hat was purchased and was never inspected by the owner or any employee during the sale. The owner was as rude as can be and never tried to work this situation out, not sure how someone that owns a business has no customer service awareness. Customers are walking into the store and trying on hats, then putting them back on the shelves, this has been the worst service I have ever received and cannot believe the nonsense said to me when simply trying to exchange a product. I will call the corporate office during normal business hours in attempt to speak to someone regarding this. I have purchased hats for a decade at Lids and this is disgusting to me. I hope someone at this corporate office does something about this owner in the Altamonte Mall Lids store because someone that spends over $50 per hat should be treated with a little more respect.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Purchased a braves fitted baseball cap for my roommate for a Christmas present. Gave him the hat which he tried on for quite literally 10 SECONDS. The hat was too big, so I gave him the receipt so he could return it and pick out a hat that fit and that he liked. Upon trying to return the hat, an older Hispanic gentleman that would later claim to be the owner examined the hat closely then suddenly refused to take the hat back due to a small blemish on the inner front rim. He claimed "this hat has been worn, I cant accept it back." My roommate explained that he had literally tried it on for 10 seconds and was in no way responsible for the blemish and that it was clearly there upon purchase. The man didn't care and said, no refund. My roommate returned the cap to me since i purchased it, and I went in a week later. Same exact interaction, accept this time, on multiple occasions the gentleman tuned is back on me in order to start talking to his employee again. He also claimed that its "not possible that the stain was there before hand because he personally checks all hats before selling them, but then admitted he didn't actually sell me the hat. His entire argument was predicated on "I don't know how that got there." To which I replied, "In other words it could have been there before I purchased it, and therefore not caused by me?" Then he would just start with the, I cant accept that hat sorry. Literally could not care less about selling faulty products and then screwing the customer over after the fact. Avoid this store at all costs.TLDR: LIDS sold a hat with a small blemish on it that wasn't noticed until after purchase, then refused to take a refund or exchange and tried to blame the blemish on the customer.
